The staff are HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Zero empathy. If I could give a lower score than one, I would. Go ANYWHERE else.

The staff were nice, the psychs were very good but the whole accommodation had too much of a prison feeling for me - total loss of independence/freedom which is for the patients protection but I wonder if its been taken too far here based on what I observed.
