The Hour Glass Melbourne I Official Rolex and Patek Philippe Retailer

Went to the Hour glass in Collin St today and had a really good experience with Bebe. She patiently explained the history about Rolex and this definitely reassured us that it’s not just about the watch but the whole history and the quality of it. Such a great amazing experience!

The hour glass store looks luxury and stunning. Joanne has professional knowledge about brand and watches. It is best shopping experience, she helped me find my dream watch, which I am really happy.

Don't waste your time going to The Hour Glass, Blatant lies and deception is what you get here and that's all.
I was an existing customer in Sydney and I was told by the Sales Assistant I needed to get some history in Melbourne and buy a few watches to get on the waitlist and get a Stainless Rolex I wanted. Since then I purchased a few watches of significant value and even referred friends to the store and after the second purchase I was told I was now qualified and I would get the watch soon. A few months later and after we referred another friend to buy from them She messaged my wife that one had arrived and was in the safe, when I followed up I found out she had just left and no longer worked there but Jerry the manager would look after me.

Well Jerry doesn't answer calls and doesn't all you back when you leave a message but when I finally got hold of him he advised me I was on no list he knows nothing about it and was never promised any watch and they had no stock. After explaining to him the situation and sending him proof of the conversation he said he would look into it it and he would try to get me one.
It's no surprise that he didn't call back so I called him and got the run around again and effectively told me I had to wait two years more but he can't promise anything cause he has his customers also waiting.
I understand the way these people operate so you can get the watch you want and in my case I did everything I was told to qualify. Just be aware they do not honor their end of the deal and offer no back up except more excuses that supply is limited.
The worst experience from a so called High End Retail, disgraceful and unprofessional.

Excellent collection and best knowledge in town. Glad I walked in and got my dream watch.

As a very selective individual, not many luxury bands satisfy my requirement in a longer term – however, Hour Glass and my Sale Advisor April Lo has done a great job in finding time pieces per my requests.

Certainly recommend the boutique and April to whoever wants to reward themselves a time piece at certain point in their lives.

Attended an appointment here at the boutique while we were in the city- Alissa was exceptional in professionalism. Her advise was excellent and while they had good collection for lady datejust but for mens have to go on wait list for Rolex as expected they are in shortage worldwide which is bit of a sad thing but hopefully I can return to boutique soon with a bit of more luck!

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend to people who loves timepiece. We made an appointment with JoJo, although she was not working today but she still contacted her colleague to service us. My husband got his favourite JLC watch. Great shopping experience.
