Fast forward 12 months later after obtaining my first Rolex, the beautiful Datejust, I received a call from Mr Mitch Barber and its a Submariner waiting for me! Ecstatic and overjoyed is an understatement. I even took my 6 yo son with me to share the experience because I hope to pass it on to him one day as a family heirloom (he is smiling in the photos and is clearly oblivious to the moment). Overall, customer service and consumer satisfaction is unmatched. I would gladly walk in the boutique on a random Wednesday afternoon just to chat about watches as staff are very friendly, accommodating and highly knowledgeable about their products. 10/10

Went in today to look for my second watch, was unprepared however got assigned Shayan as my assistance and could not be more pleased. Service was excellent even when I was taking my sweet time browsing and trying all sorts of models on, when prompted regarding Zeniths, a brand I was not so familiar with. Shayan even gave me a booklet of the collection to keep! Truly wonderful service and the range here is like no other.

Terrible experience, I had appointment from 2 pm to 2: 30pm, i waited until 2: 40pm, no sales person serve us at all, what's the point you ask your customer to make an appointment？？？ Or maybe big company doesn't care about customer service？

Worst service

I went to Hourglass Melbourne to service my Rolex.

Zhiyuan Zhao or Yuan was the person who attended the service for me.

Yuan didn't give an update regarding the progress of the service. I was the one who need to call them for an update.i confronted Yuan to give an update on the service however no correction was made and No apology

The watch was returned with additional scratches as well.

Yuan at Hourglass Melbourne is poorly trained

I believe the staff is underpaid to actually have the integrity to provide good customer service.

Do not entrust your watch to hourglass Melbourne staff or do not buy watches at their boutique

The staff are unprofessional staff and can't handle luxury watches at all.

We had a great experience buying a watch from Sam Fox. His knowledge and passion for watches and the brands is what lead us back to the hour glass and buy our latest addition to the family

I was quite impressed by the quality of the service and the patience of Tim and Katrina. I never felt pressured to buy despite the fact that I visited the shop three times in the same day.
I am sure that I will be back again with my family and friends.

We came in today and we sat with Daniel to look at Rolex watches. He was very patient and knowledgeable and passionate about the watches and the brand, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of being showed the watches that were available. Daniel was extremely helpful throughout and we were really grateful he took the time and effort to explain the nuances of the Rolex models.

Hats off to the Hour Glass Team. From the security to the consultants it’s one of the best retail experiences from start to finish. Honest, knowledgeable and friendly in a market that’s full of pretentious, rude and convoluted dealers. Wouldn’t but from anywhere else

I went to the store on 7th of January 2023 to register my expression of interest for some of the models. I met Alex and he is a great guy with smiling face and tons of patience. He got incredible knowledge about watches, brands, industry, movements etc.and is walking encyclopedia.
He noted my interest and explained how the process works and asked if I'm flexible regarding my preferences. Our discussion went more than 1.5 hours, and he answered all my questions with enthusiasm and rigor. I'm very happy about my experience during my visit to the store and would definitely recommend to my friends and family members.
