The Hour Glass Melbourne I Official Rolex and Patek Philippe Retailer

I have the pleasure of meeting Rain during my first visit at the Tudor Boutique in this rainy Melbourne day. I come in without any expectation, only for a quick browse but end up being there for a couple of hours and walk out with a new addition to my collection and first purchase at this boutique.

Rain is extremely friendly, patient, knows her stuff and has a great sense of humor. She is more than happy to show and let me try on anything I would like to. She likes to chat about watches and share experience of her own time piece which is great. Being a customer, getting the personal experience and review on time pieces is very helpful. Rain definitely is one who dont make you feel like you are just another random customer who walks in and get ignored.

Somehow, the stars aligned and Rain surprises me with the piece that I have been wanting and hunting for a while now. I couldnt believe it when she offers me the piece and feel like a kid in candy store, couldnt jump at it fast enough. Rain helps me with trying it on, resizing, makes sure I am 100% happy with it before letting me leave.

Rain is a superstar and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend anyone to see Rain because I know they will be well look after.

Walked into Hour Glass last week to for a browse and end up meeting the most friendly and knowledgeable watch enthusiasts I have ever met (Alex Gnaccarini).

It was such an amazing experience to talk with someone that has the same love for watches as myself.

I look forward to buying many watches from Alex in the near future (wink wink).

My first Rolex experience and Rolex watch have been totally ruined by the after sales service. Just check my photo here, the sales has left heavy marks on the gold bracelet without any apology. I highly doubt that they don't use the professional tools to remove my links.
If i can give 0 star I would do it!

Me and my wife had a great experience at the hourglass, Rain was lifesaver, managed to source the watch for my fathers 70th birthday, just in time. Also the store is quite pram friendly, surprisingly. Can’t wait to get another watch when another milestone arises.

Extremely poor service. I wouldn't hesitate to give zero star if the option is available.

Hourglass Collins Store doesn't deserve me spending six figures with them. For a Patek Philippe client, the minimum is to sit him or her down, offer some refreshment, go through the features of the target reference (s) as well as the alternative options.

Nobody expects any Patek Philippe timepiece being available straight away, but at least your staff should provide some basic service even with no watch in the store. I was literally stopped at the door once the Asian lady knew what I was after!

Your competitor Kennedy and J Farren-Price both offer way better service! Look forward to seeing you losing the Patek Philippe dealership!

Hands down the best service I have had. The salesman Daniel was friendly, patient and not pushy as my friend and I tried on nearly every watch in the shop and he’s knowledge on every watch was impressive.
The store itself was very clean and we had a great time.
I ended up returning nye to make a purchase to make my year.
I will definitely be back and highly recommend THG.

It’s worth to wait, today I went to pick up the watch (OP 31mm tiffany blue) at The Hour Glass.
I would like to say thank you to Daniel and the team at The Hour Glass. Daniel was amazing, very helpful and knowledgable. He tried his best to help me to find the watch that I really like. Every time I visit the store and many great pieces to try on, really recommend this store.

Peter at Melbourne store, was really friendly and helpful. He gave me a lot of information and let me tried different models to decide the one.

The service at The Hourglass Melbourne is unmatched. Rita and Victoria were lovely. Will be purchasing all future watches from here.

Walked in 15 minutes before closing, straight away Yuan came and greet me in a professional manner. There was no pressure to purchase anything and he answered all my questions. I ended up with one watch for myself instead of looking for a birthday gift
A week later I came back with my husband and he was very impressed so he bought a watch from Yuan as well. All the staffs there are so chatty and super friendly.
