The Hobby Man

Sometimes the staff are great and other times they make you feel as though you are a pest just being in their shop.

Fantastic hobby shop with fantastic staff, great prices and a wealth of knowledge. Only problem is ordering and team communication. I ordered an expensive product with a 2 week order timeframe. It was ordered 28/2. As of writing this i still do not have the product and no one at the store seems to be able to help me. I will be seeking a full refund if they do not at least provide me with tracking information by tomorrow.

I'm sick to death of waiting for a promise of an item.

Staff seen to know what they are talking about. They are at least trying to be competitive with online prices. Worth supporting a local business

Called beforehand to check on specific stock, when arrived did not have stock due to faulty computer system, knew about this issue yet still did not check shelf stock. Infuriating. Otherwise had great range but not what I was after.

Great level of customer service by all staff. Quick turnaround in getting my Bugsta RC car back and in perfect working order. Special thanx goes out to Darren for his expertise in diagnosing and fixing the problem I had with car! Highly recommended and will definately be returning in the future!

Took my remote control buggy in and they figured I had done something silly and fixed it up at no charge even. Thoroughly explained what had happened and how to avoid it in the future.

Heavily overpriced on everything. If you didn't buy your RC set-up from them, you will only get second rate service & repairs.

Great guy and girls. That really trying to help you. Sometimes spending hours with me, to help me find a solution to whatever design
or material problem, I had.

Just don't try to special order something. You may die, die of old age before you get it. But you do get the order.

Best hobby shop for older kids and adults alike. Planes, trains, rc trucks and drones etc. Staff know their "toys".
