Good store, friendly staff and nice service. However I have called the store quite a few times and zero times has someone picked up.

Friendly staff and loads of hobby accessories and gadgets. This place is the only shop I know off in the state that sells proper hobby CA Glue and activators.

Very pleseant and intelligent staff, Ben walked me through many options of upgrading my 4wd truggy and I must say I am one satisfied customer! Very good experience overall thanks again.

Constantly expanding range, and very helpful staff. Always got great tips and advice. Definitely worth the trip out to Narre Warren to see the store.

Easy purchase. Not five stars due to purchase apparently being oversized and not mentioned on checkout.
Website promotes free shipping but then a staff member rings and asks for half the shipping costs. Other hobby stores factor this in and other sites advertise the product at the same price or cheaper plus free shipping. First and last time purchase sorry.

I've been there a few times and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They're never in your face and just let you browse without being bothered. The only letdown is that certain supplies don't seem to be regularly stocked. Just call in before hand if you know what you're looking for.

Great collection of remote controlled cars and planes and trains. Various other gizmos too. Only for serious hobbyists as they are on the expensive side. Passionate staff.

Terrible customer service like pulling teeth to get any email response have been trying for weeks now! Poor advertising - bought a figure thinking it was miniature and with no description at all with sizing there was nothing to confirm with and I ended up with a giant kangaroo that I haven’t even opened but apparently it’s “change of mind” so I have to pay to ship it back to possibly get a store credit which I will then have to pay the shipping for that so big waste of money don’t shop here! Also not sure how they have 5 out of 5 with all their terrible reviews

Helpful, knowledge staff with a great range. Don't carry miniature wargames but have an excellent selection of paint and terrain that can be used with them.

Love this store and the staff are incredibly helpful. Enjoy a chat and learning a few things whilst there from the knowledgeable team.

Staff are friendly and helpful, and actually seem interested in what you're doing (when buying parts).

Brought my 9 year old a remote control car for his birthday. Hard to find a good quality car in a toy shop or big W/ target store. This little shop has good quality, good service and good knowledge (and will be there when we need help to repair) :)

Great place, has everything you will need and the staff are very kind and will help you with everything you need. I plan on heading back there soon!

Walked in with my wife and baby the other day, got great service even though i explained clearly that i was not going to spend money in their store that day. I still received great service. They have good knowledge of their RC cars and super helpful. I will definitely be back to get my RC car and parts from here soon!
