What a Happening place. Great Venue and very hip place. The food was amazing - eggplant Chips A1. Recommend this. Best place around the area!

Good food. Most importantly the staff are wonderful. So friendly and make you feel very welcome. I went there Tuesday night and the young man that served us was absolutely lovely.

Came in for dinner for one and was served quite quickly however was quickly forgotten about and took ages to be served. The venue was busy but not sure it excuses forgetting about a customer for an extended period of time. Food was served quite quickly except my drink was forgotten about and I had to enquire twice about getting it back. The food was quite enjoyable however the salad seemed a bit old but apart from that was a very nice meal even for the quite high price.

Not sure I can recommend attending groove train when on your own for dinner, as rare as that is but groups or two+ should be fine and expect a good meal for a average price point

Ordered the 1 metre pizza to share, and it was amazing. Three toppings, exceptional quality and it just looked beautiful when it came out. It's not something you'd usually expect for a shopping centre type restaurant (I was certainly not expecting this!) but it was the best pizza I've had in a long time. Also our server was wonderful. We walked in expecting just a nice lunch, but walked out having a great experience.

Unhappy that when you sit outside you are consumed by cigarette smoke. Inattentive wait staff so we left before ordering

Only thing that stop a straight five here was service very long waiting times and it was far from busy but apart from that

Service took ages to come over to table, when the food came out the pancakes were cold, they'd obviously been sitting there waiting to come out for a while, top pancake was soggy because they'd poured the coulis on way before it was served. No service after meal came out to check in with us. I've worked in hospitality a majority of my working years and overall this was probably the most disappointing breakfast experience I've had.

Service was amazing. The young waiter gave the best service you could ever ask for and the food was great.

Great tasting food (we've been to many different branches over the years and this one is consistently good). Service and atmosphere is also much above the average in the area.

Eggplant chips were amazing but would have liked my iced chai a little less sweet.

The waitress who served us did so with the worst attitude & rolled her eyes at a request of no ice.wont be returning based on that experience.

Great service. Fish of the day (Samon) was great, however the battered fish in the fishermans basket had pretty bad batter (tasted floury). The rest was good though.

Walked in and asked for a booth, there was one available but the waiter was denied me it saying ‘there is one booth but it’s for more people so no’
So we left! Place was almost empty too!

Been here a few times. Great atmosphere. Yummy food. Good service. Average prices. Great meeting point. They have a Vegan menu. I haven't tried it yet but looking forward to that!

My girlfriend and I went here about a month ago been before with for kids they all found something to eat funny enough we're going again today but a the different location we had a voucher a month ago but for the wrong location‍️ lucky I brought $ if you have a voucher check what location your voucher is valid for

Terrible terrible terrible, 45 minute wait just for some loaded fries and 2 parmas whilst people who came after us were getting their food before us, might i say overpriced too $87.00 for 2 parmars loaded fries and 2 cokes what a joke! Oh and the parmas! The chef literally opened the whole bottle of tomato paste and poured it over our food. Really disgusting experience La Familia it is from now one

Great food, good price, and a lovely atmosphere! I had to work for a few hours on my laptop and they just let me be and regularly checked in to see if i need anything!:)

BEST PLACE! Food was amazing! But the Service was excellent from Emily, Claudia and Natalie rate this place but the workers more!

Love their woodfire pizzas! Are on the pricey side, but the price works out to be cheaper if you show them your movie tickets from the cinema!
