81 I had an awful experience here not even about the food the food was fine I saw the manager or owner that was short-ish with dark hair talk to his wait staff absolutely unacceptable And so disrespectfully One poor girl look like she was about to cry he has a bitter and sour look on his face that made me feel very uncomfortable dining while I was sitting there I saw how he spoke to his staff and it made me feel sick to my stomach.
Go here if you want to see a man belittle young girls
The coffee is absolutely perfect everytime! Also a shout out to the waitresses Angie and Gabbie who are always helpful and professional with polite service
Wonderful experience here at The Groove Train Epping! The staff and service was lovely, and the food was immaculate! Definitely worth dining in:)

What customer service.
Nice place to chill with heating and all but every time I go there, slow and rude waiters. The waiters are so busyyyy. Waiters can be rude which is so disappointing!
Food was fast and perfectly cooked. Stuff (one in particular her name was Elly) she went above and beyond her call of duty. She is kind and caring

Slim Brunette fairly young waitress by the name of Angie. Rolled her eyes, walked out like she didn't want to be there, was angry the whole time. Management should have a word.
Friendly waitress. Very helpful when it came to selecting gluten free options. Pork BBQ burger was nice. Berry cheesecake was nice for dessert. The only thing I didn’t care for was the chips. They were not hot and crispy. They had sat before being brought out. That was the only thing wrong. Great place to come with family or friends. Nice portions and selections.
Service is awful. Parma was soggy on the bottom. Chips had no seasoning and some were soggy from the salad dressing. Lady serving us today was just rude. And the iced chocolates taste like nesquik
Awesome food and fantastic service! Went for lunch yesterday couldn’t have asked for a nicer meal and the service was truly incredible will be going back there no doubt!
Asked waiter if we could split the bill and she said yes. Went to pay and apparently doing so, "crashes the system" according to the boss guy. Service was very slow and food was good but not a very pleasant experience overall.
We attended breakfast at Groove Train this morning to catch up with my sister after lockdown 5. Very disappointed with result 2 orders completely forgotten so cancelled after being and waiting for 1hr. Staff apologized but seriously we came out to support local business after these hard lockdowns excuses made "they were busy ". Not good enough guys.wont be back left there and went next door to coffee club so 2 of our 4 could eat.
This is one of the most terrible customer service experiences I’ve had in my entire life. I came to have dinner with 5 other friends and while the staff were welcoming at first that attitude did not last very long. As we were ordering our food the waitress who was serving us interrupted one of my friends and said incredibly rudely “Guys Im gonna be honest, this is a lot of food, are you sure you want all that? ”. It was a complete shock and none of us knew how to respond to such disrespectful and unprofessional comments. I work in the food industry and I understand how stress can impact work - but these comments were unacceptable and disgusting. I don’t think she realised how her words could affect the members of our group. I will not be dining here again and will be telling everyone I know about this horrible experience. Thanks for your time.
Ordered from this place twice, the first time they forgot half of my meal, blamed Uber and but said would give me a meal for free, which I never got. The second time the ordered was delayed, they blamed Uber again and said to my husband "I am the owner of the place, I won't give your money back and you can't do anything about it, I will also block your account". Advice, don't order from there.
Disappointed in today’s experience at Groove Train. Only two staff members were wearing masks, every other staff member were walking around without one. Disappointed management were not role modelling safe COVID practices for their team!
Had a Staff member disclose they were tired and couldn’t be arsed being there was a real put off.
Meal was average and took just over 40 mins to come out.
Won’t be going back…
The food was absolutely amazing. The service was fantastic, our waitress was so lovely and friendly and that makes such a huge difference. It's very spacious and family friendly too. I always love coming to The Groove Train, thank you so much!

Then staff want to argue with u.
Funny how medium rare steak comes last out of 6 meals and over done to tbe point of being dry.
$30 for 2 small pieces of burnt meat.
Got to admit, great breakfast options and well priced!: : : revised my review from 4 to 2.crazy service and now considered to be like one cx said a toorak of the north LOL.um no.food is semi ok.drop your prices to stay in business please.
Don’t even bother ever going to this restaurant, they made me pay for my meal which I didn’t even eat because “it’s your personal preference it’s not our fault you didn’t like it everyone else today did”
The chicken burger was burnt and because I had two bites I was told i ate half of the burger. What a joke.
Most reliable place to eat at Epping Plaza. You know the meal quality & portion sizes would be consistent across all Groove Train franchises.
We had the steak sandwich which was huge and the penne pasta with basic sauce.
Service was good, thankfully it’s a large space so we got a table and all covid rules have been applied.
Food is always great, I always try something different on the menu and I haven't been disappointed yet.
