A nice pub with a small rooftop area, outdoor seating and spaces to book for larger groups. The staff are pleasant and helped with bookings. The drinks are reasonably priced with cheap jugs of on tap beer and cider. An FYI - The rooftop area is only accessible by climbing a few flights of stairs.

Really nice staff, good atmosphere upstairs. I ordered the mexi parma and Can comfortably say it’s the best parma I’ve had. Would strongly recommend

Parma night didn't disappoint. Good size meal. Busy little pub. Has a nice feel. Just off Lygon.

Good service and reasonable prices for location. We were there for a function (40th) in rooftop bar which was a good venue for the function.

Great place, has room for everything you might need and very reasonably priced! And the staff are just fantastic!

Been completely redone since I was last there and it's looking pretty cool, the rooftop is a nice new addition!

We had great fun here, the service was super friendly, the beers cold, the vibe just right. Easy, unpretentious and spatious.

Love this pub. Breat services and atmosphere prices are a bit on the steep side but that's pub food I guess. Only complaint is they ran out of a drink I wanted but other than that fantastic

5 stars on account of being a pub. Nice windows, good paraphernalia. Minus 1 star for the aggressive bookcase wallpaper room. Or maybe it deliberate irony? Plus one star?

Great large space with many room options (rooftop, beer garden, front and back bars). Great food with friendly service and relaxed informal atmosphere. Right next to my work so we go here a lot.

A very welcoming place. Nice food. We meet there regularly as a group. It could do with a touch of refurbishment in some parts, but I'm overall very happy and I like going there.

Expectations weren't too high considering the price, but unfortunately this was one of the worst steaks I have eaten. Asked for medium, was totally grey and tough.and barely seasoned. The potatoes were tasty enough though. The staff were friendly and the drinks are fairly priced, so the experience wasn't all bad.

Old pub feel. Food was quite good, though my Grandmother's pork belly special was tough. Lemon lime & bitters was weak as hell.

Friendly pub w decent grub. Always enjoy the beer here, nice clean lines. Can really get rowdy when the local throngs of students descend on it. There's a house cat, Shiloh, who is gorgeous and just hangs out w you randomly. Cute.

Great atmosphere, reasonable pricing for inner city location. Has great food options and many alcohol varieties The layout of the hotel has many options for all your different needs. Reasonable outdoor area to sit and enjoy and meal.

Excellent, roomy pub, proper beers in a real pint (Panhead XPA my pick, $12.20). Best sausage rolls ever, and seriously serious gyoza. Exceptional service, very polite and caring

Good local pub. Beers is always cold and the Parmas are great. Try the salt 'n' pepper squid it's awesome. Rooftop is great food Friday night drinks.

Went on a Sunday to the jazz. Jazz was fantastic. Atmosphere was great. I had the Calmari and it was cooked beautifully. Nice cold tap beer. Good prices. All the staff were friendly happy and enjoying the music. Just a great day out.

Enjoy the atmosphere of a local pub in the city. Interesting decor, lovely framed pieces to enjoy and 2 bars in case one was never enough for you. Some of the chairs feel frail however.
