Great spot all round, good food, service and ambiance.
Bonus is it's excellent place to take your dog on the Lakeside patio.

Very busy.after waiting 20 minutes to order drinks.then marks.the meals took 45 minutes to come out.need to speed up in kitchen

Disgraceful treatment. My wife ordered 3 full meals for herself and her sister and friend and sat down at a table with my teenage son who has a KFC crush and bought KFC with him to be together for lunch. After spending over $ 50 the staff came out and ordered my son to leave from the table with my wife and sister & friend. "You cannot eat here with KFC not purchased here". The whole occasion turned sour when my son grabbed his food and went and sat in the car and the afternoon was ruined. To make it worse another family came with all of them eating icecream from another shop while the parents only bought 2 coffees.and they weren't ordered off the premises, not a word spoken. This is an absolute disgraceful way to speak to paying customers and a ruined afternoon.

Faultless from the time you step in. Have been here multiple times now and have not once been disappointed. The staff are so accomodating and bloody good at their jobs, they make the whole experience a pleasure. The food is always consistent and delicious, never had a problem, nor have waited long for my food and drinks. Located in one of Bendigo’s perfect locations. Highly recommended to my family, friends and anyone reading this review. See you again soon guys on my next visit to Bendigo!

Love the new decor, facilities were just fantastic. Also can’t beat the location. Food was delicious, good portions, interesting menu with something a bit different to standard (I had the Mona Lisa Stack). Coffee nice and strong. Staff so friendly and helpful, and great with my young child too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful staff! Their hospitality was extremely top-notch! Possibly the best customer service experienced. Food was good (although menu was limited), nice view, excellent overall.

Gluten free wrap was not gluten free (screwing up dietaries when they're all over the menu is incredible), service was terribly slow, meals lacked flavour and were tiny given price. The one redeeming quality was friendly staff.

Extremely overpriced place for brunch. I got the safari dish with includes 1 egg and chorizo and surprisingly just had 2 thin slices of chorizo for $24 (good and tasty but small) my husband got a $30 dish and was quite small. No jugs of water on the table (really?) and last, baby chairs are those attachable to the chair and one of our kids fell backwards with the chair. Good view and well located. Service was excellent giving all the starts to everyone that works there, warming and polity. Will try another place in Bendigo next time visiting.

We had such a great time, did the complete walk, laughed, cried and loved being in great company.

Used to be my favourite restaurant because of its location and the food. That's why I brought two friends over. Howerver, food is just not as good as before. The dishes are smaller and staff is not as friendly. Asked if the dish I ordered is GF and DF.the staff brushed me off, said yes and walked away while I did not even finish my sentence. Also, got mocked becasue of a silly mistake.

Nice location, lovely staff and coffee but Sunday morning ambience was ruined by staff shouting at each other. Everything they did was shouted to each other across the room ie "table 1 ordered coffee', 'table 7 needs water' etc. Whilst we understand communication is important in hospitality, it really does take away from the experience, and a new mode of communication might be a good idea.

Had a last minute decision to come here for lunch as it was freezing outside! But best idea, food was incredible, staff members so friendly, coffee AMAZING

also had Chino giving me doggy eyes which didn't help, such a friendly dog

Arrived for breakfast. Crazy good food and the service and personality of staff was phenomenal. My friend was celebrating her birthday and they even presented her with a small cake and gift. Lived every minute of being there! Do it! I will definitely be going back! I highly recommended this place.

Ok, not a great menu. Would like the option of entrees being seniors we can't take large meals.and I have a huge sweet tooth so need room for desert.

A delicious almond latte, dog treat for my puppy and a gorgeous view. Amazing way to start anyone's morning.

Very nice cafe shop with a beautiful view of Lake weroona and the park and walking trail around the lake too.

Found this place because we were staying in a hotel by the lake, could not have had a more satisfying experience. We had 2 vegan breakfasts that were AMAZING and so filling I just couldn't eat it all! Coffee was great, no bitter burnt taste at all. Lovely view and delightfully friendly staff. Cant fault it at all. Highly recommended <3

Worst place. Average coffee and food. Unnacommodating and birds flew into uneaten food as soon as placed on the table.

First thing you notice is the beautiful Cino - A chocolate lab that belongs to the owner of the restaurant. That was all we needed to make a decision! Cino is a good boy and loves a pat! The owner greeted us and he is super friendly and accommodating. I can see why this place is popular. Coffees came out nice and quickly. Food was well presented and delicious. Cannot speak highly enough of this place. If i am ever in Bendigo again this will be the first stop for brekky
