The Bear House Restaurant

We ordered takeaway last night one of the beef meals was so oily and horrible that it actually made my partner gag! Both meals tasted like old off vegetables and had rubbery meat!
Was sooo disappointed huge waste of money! Was inedible!

Great food and service, disability access is extremely poor, with toilet door opening to a right angle wall to get to food size bathroom, but my electric wheelchair found it extremely difficult to negotiate the wall.

First visit was great, large serves. Second time less evident. Staff is attentive & a bit afraid of being in your face. Which is both good n not so good.

Went for dinner, food was amazing, freindly hostess and was hubbys bday they brought out desert with a candle for a suprise.

I likel these guys.
But today i was told 15 min wait and turned out to be 1hr.
Not impressed no prawn crackers and a ripped bag.
WTH

Staff are so friendly & helpful. We were going to eat but 8month old had other ideas. We got there lunch time special 1 each $9.95 including a soft drink. Meal was fantastic. Will definitely be going back.

What an awesome place, food was fresh and tasted fantastic plenty of it and affordable for a family night out, the staff were very friendly we will definitely be back.

Had this as a home delivered meal and found it to be fresh and tasty. Hanging to get the chance to eat in and see what it’s like beautiful food. Definitely worth a try

Horrible customer service, food is all microwaved. Very disappointed I asked for peeking duck and it came out dry and with no sauce

The best food in Cranbourne. Absolutely wonderful staff. And reasonable prices. And the atmosphere when you walk in is clean, big & warm and friendly. Awesome place.

First time eating here and I must say the food was amazing and the service was awesome we are definitely coming back.

Beautiful restaurant inside and out, and the complements stop there. Terrible service, no ambiance, 2 songs on replay with long pauses of silence. The food is very oily and lacks in flavour. Was offered a take away container as didn’t eat much of the food ordered. I declined as I don’t think my dog would eat it either.

Terrible restaurant! What used to be a steakhouse is now a Chinese restaurant? Minus the Chinese ambiance completely. The food tasted completely unauthentic and was very bland. If I could no stars I would.

Much improved recently. Nice and cheap lunch. Reasonably priced dinner too. The food quality is pretty good but can drop off a bit when they are busy.

We had a lovely time at The Bear House - the service was excellent, food was delicious - highly recommend!

I have decided to give The bear house cranbourne a 1 star because.
1. Took over an hour after we ordered to receive our meal.
2. The prawn crackers were stale.
3. The drinks are over priced i.e $8 for a cheap beer or cider. $5 a glass of water. $8.50 for a TINY drink of Jack and coke.
4. The meals were below average.

I will not be returning to The bear house as there is FAR FAR superior Chinese restaurants in Cranbourne.

Worst customer services i have ever seen! Waited an hour an a half for food after they stuff up our order

Great Atmosphere, family friendly with pleasant customer service and delicious food which is great value for money.
