TGI Fridays

We had a wonderful evening here for our sons 24th birthday. Catherine went out of her eay to make sure our night was time. Food was yummy and very pleasantly displayed. Thank you all for making sure we had a grand night

The staff missed our order. After waiting for 30 minutes, the staff looks at us wondering why we haven't got our order. (Oh yeah! I wonder whose fault was rhat.) I explained to him that we've waiting for so long my blood sugar levels is low, can he check with the kitchen and give us some bread or anything to help. The staff, came back explaining grill salmon take longer to prepare. If that's the case, then at least serve our other first.

At the end my grilled salmon was first to come. Then waited another 5 mins finally get our other order. BUT they made a mistake with my other order. We have to wait for anothet 5 min. I really don't understand how did they made a mistake. It was not not busy, and only 2 guests there when ordered our food.

I would appreciate the staff admitted the mistake than a bad excuse.

Had the salmon and a meal for the little one, quite pricey for what you get. Floor manager seemed flustered and overworked. Sat us down and told me to order online/app (?). Had no idea what I was doing. Luckily a server came to serve us. He was nice and apologetic about wait times. Other waitress was way too fast with with hot plates in her hands. Kids meal was cold and my meal, along with the ambience was no better than the food court. Wouldn't come back unless I had to for someone else to be honest

Two beef and bacon burgers, sweet potato fries, a can of hard seltzer, and mac'n'cheese bites. Stale buns, dry beef and cold fries. Can of hard seltzer was refreshing. Mac'n'cheese bites were the the only redeeming item that the restaurant produced. What can I say, not what I expected. ‍️

Had lunch here the other day and was appalled at the margarita. Full of ice. Told the waitress twice and was told it’s company standards…. Very displeased and wasn’t even offered another drink. Won’t be coming again rip off for drinks. Avoid avoid avoid. Payed 22.50 for ice!

Went for dinner last night with a group of girlfriends. Usually the food is great here, however, yesterday left me very disappointed and probably won't be visiting anytime soon after last night. I ordered the salt n pepper calamari MAIN.but what I got was a portion smaller than what would be served as an entree! Small portion of fries and a small unseasond salad on the side. Definitely not a main meal portion and not the generous TGI servings that we're used to. The service was also disappointing, as we were rushed to finish our dinner and told several times that the kitchen was closing in order to finish off quickly.

Food quality has plummeted. The chicken tenders are crumbled with the type of crumbs you buy from the supermarket. The portion sizes have shrunk, the pasta dishes hardly has any chicken in it. Choc malted turtle has been slaughtered, hardly any pecans or sauce, just a lot of cheap ice cream in a small cup half the size of the original goblet. Menu has become a glorified maccas - where is the buffalo chicken tacos? Mushroom chicken mushroom? Mocha mud pie? Kitchen closes at 9pm, bar shortly after. We went across the road for far better desserts where our business was welcome and we weren’t rushed out!

Our server Alex made our birthday very special with great attitude and service. You can't go wrong with TGI Fridays. Good place to celebrate someone's birthday with their special Birthday Song. The food is great too!

The food is great, but horrible service. You guys do need to take more time on training waiters and waitress! Firstly, hard to communicate with them, and she forget my requirements and orders right away, which caused me extra waiting for my plates until I called someone else. Even worse, when one waitress was taking away the empty plate, the sauce just poured on the ground and splashed on my friends coat. And another waiter use the dirty wiping towel (definitely used for cleaning tables before) to clean my friend’s coatits obviously a disaster…

Very disappointed with this visit. It was like an episode of Fawlty Towers without the humour. We were seated at a table and then staff member told us he had seated us at the wrong table and moved us to a tiny table in the corridor where we could only see the wall. Ordered tea with milk and had to ask 3 times for the milk to be brought out. Entree was ok but waiter dropped the sour cream and it went everywhere. Main course was extremely slow to come out and when it did it was cold and unappealing. The people who were seated behind us in the 'dungeon' came after us and had eaten and long gone before our food even came out. Only saving grace was our waiter who did his best. Sorry, had always been a fan of this place but won't be coming back, just not good enough for what we paid. TGI Friday and I can go somewhere else!

I contacted them as requested and they wanted me to re-send the review to them as they couldn't recall it - they weren't interested in the slightest. Never heard from them again.

Service was really slow, waited 35min for drinks to be delivered even after enquiring about them. Food was fine but at it's price nothing special. The register and entry point are the same so this caused a 10min back logged just to pay and leave.

TGI Fridays is a good option if the food court or other restaurants located inside are closed. Been there a total of 3 times in different occasions (weekends and weekdays) ; weren't really satisfied with my meal.

Very poor service! It took 2 hours for them to bring the meal to the table! I ordered a wine and i asked it three times till i got it.very disappointed

Came here for my 20th Birthday last night, iv been to many TGI Friday’s and never had a bad experience, however last night wasn’t the case. The first issue was the $32 half rack of ribs was lukewarm at best, when the waiter came to our table with our other orders he got the names of our three burgers wrong (they were the correct burgers, just got the wrong names) we asked a few times which one was which and the waiter didn’t have a clue. Then after biting into the meat it was red through the middle, we were told the burgers were meant to have a slight pink colour too them so I assumed it’s safe to eat, as the waiter walked away he saw over my shoulder that it was RED not pink he then said he wasn’t willing to risk it and he would replace the meal and cook the meat all the way through, at this point it’s still not a big issue, a little disappointing/annoying because everyone else at my table had basically finished by the time my new meal came out. But then my replacement meal came out and it wasn’t the burger I ordered it was the cheapest one on the menu. I was hungry and didn’t wanna ask for another so I just ate it anyway. I told our waiter and he was very apologetic and he admitted he made a mistake when putting the new order through.

P.s the Texas Cowboy BBQ burger is close to $28 didn’t even have the BBQ sauce on it

Solid size meals that you expect from an 'American' diner. Although no free soft-drink refills and high end aussie restaurant prices?

Great Vegan options and a good family dinner atmosphere. The bar in the center feels a little out of place, but is a good place to await your friends if your willing to pay a premium for your drinks.

Still use mini fry baskets for fries = impossible to use cutlery. Chopping boards as plates for burgers = messy dinning and impossible to clean as thoroughly as an actual plate. Stop doing these things. It's not a cool look

Food portion was small compared to the past and the sauce provided was just 3 quarter filled in the tiny tub! Staff were less attentive as well and we had to remind them to get us cutlery! Mind you it wasn't busy as we were there with our toddler at 5pm for dinner.

Long TGI Friday’s regular. Unfortunately tonight was just not up to scratch. Three meals and a shared entree were below and acceptable standard. Quality was very poor.
