TGI Fridays

Staff are rude, obnoxious, and just unprofessional. Tgi Friday Doncaster historically was a friendly and fun place to eat. The last few time we have visited has been a horrible experience. And to top it off the food quality has dropped significantly. Lots to choose from in Doncaster; just don’t go here.

We celebrated an amazing meal with our uncle for his 70th bday. Our server Keegan was amazing and we will be back.

Staff is so friendly! Our waitress Helia was very attentive and very energetic, very nice ambience in the restaurant.

We have been regulars at Friday’s but it has been pretty disappointing lately. We ordered an order of chicken wings and chicken quesadilla. The chicken wings tasted old and stale. The chicken quesadilla had pieces of raw chicken and when we told them, they told us the chef said it was fully cooked when I clearly saw the pink inside the chicken. They told us to call them up if something happens:/. They did, however, get us something else for the quesadilla. We also ordered a mango passion smoothie which was full of ice. We won’t be coming back again.

Waiters are rude & unwelcoming, after eight just rushing to pack up and close. Have been here couple of times but it’s the same feeling every time.

Never try this branch of TGI! We ordered online as a GROUP! And one of our orders came after 50 minutes of other foods! We keep asked them about the order but every time they said they’ll check! So disappointed! Waste of money!

We visited last night and had some trouble with online ordering but our server Helia assisted us with the app, her service was top notch and she had a very friendly attitude with us which was appreciated. We will be coming back for the great service and food.

Amazing table service from Callum, great conversation but quick service. While Hannah at the bar was very friendly and made delicious drinks!

Langston was our waiter tonight for dinner. He was very friendly and very engaging. Outstanding service, will definitely be coming back again soon!

Different location within Westfield but they still provide an awesome menu choice & a few various refreshments to go with.

Went to TGI Fridays last night. Great food, I especially enjoyed the chicken tenders. Our server Campbell was also very polite and friendly. Will be coming back

Dined in at TGI Friday Doncaster tonight 6/1/22. Took 10 mins to get seated. Then ordered Cabernet Sauvignon wine amd was given Rose. Then asked to swap to Cab Sav and was told they have none. Meal arrive but we were not given any cutlery, waited at least 5 minutes for staff to give us a cutlery. Chips were cold and a bit overcooked and it was replaced with salad. I ordered a steak medium to well done and was given medium rare. We asked for a drink menu, waited for 10 minutes and didn't arrive, so we followed up. When we finally received the drink menu and ordered a cocktail, it hadn't arrive in 10 mins. When followed up, we were told that the bar is now closed. After we finished our meal, we were asked if we have ordered food yet. It was the worst dining experience we have ever had.

Avoid this restaurant, you will leave disappointed! The food we ordered was very poor quality, and was very expensive. Left a comment on the website, and received an email that the manager would call me back, he never did. I again contacted them, after which the manager called me. He apologised for the poor food, and blamed the kitchen staff and their suppliers.

Good food, quick service even though they were busy. I do feel that the chips that evening were a little stale, might have been refried. But overall everything was good

I went to TGIF last night with my family and had a lovely waiter! Campbell was very polite and friendly

Hi guys, sorry but I had to change my review tonight, you are normally my go to place for ribs but tonight they were awful. Have you eaten your product recently? I have never had chewy ribs before. I bought some frozen ribs from Aldi and Woolworths recently and they were better than what we received from you tonight. Some food for thought.

Just avoid it, rude and unprofessional staff, specifically the bartender, seems not enjoying his job.

Nice food and friendly service, but their serving speed can be a little bit improved. Also the service could be better if they don’t frequently come to our desk and ask if we need them to take away our unfinished dishes.

I ordered some pick ups with my TGI APP, What I mean to do is "order now, pick up later ". But once I have paid, it immediately went through to the restaurant (which is Doncaster). I tried to call the call Centre to fix the order for later pick up. They informed me someone will contact me within 5 minutes, it never happened.so I called the restaurant directly after 5mins, they told me the meal is ready to pick up, and there is nothing they can do, the only choice for me is to pick up after 1 and half hour later. Are you kidding me?

Serves 1-2 = Serves 1 person, Serves 2-4 means serves 1-2. Very little customer service as you have to order your meal over your mobile devices. Over priced for what it is and the american bbq was hideous.
Burnt ends that were not burnt, ribs that had no smoke ring what so ever. Portion size was well on the stingy side of things. If you want BBQ dont go to TGIF. I only went there because I was forced, I was open minded but then as soon as the food turned up it reinforced my pre concieved assumption that it is for people that want the american food experience but have no idea what it is. Never again. Avoid at all costs. The only reason why I am giving it 1 star was because I was forced to.
