I have to say Nav was awesome, he catered to my no sugar needs in my mocktail and didn't grumble about it.

We were pleasantly surprised with how delicious our wings were!

Typical American BBQ food. Great food, good service, reasonable prices and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely go again.

Had the pork ribs, very good. Partner has a chicken salad bowl, loved it.

1 star off for the music playing. Was too loud and tinny, like the sound system needs updating and perhaps a little bass.

Friendly staff and service. Kids friendly. It’s our go to restaurant when we are at Westfield

Came for lunch and got a main dish, the serving size was large and good value for money. My table was not given service straight away however Clare was really great. She came over frequently and checked in on us with a friendly smile

Specially the people serving saw us standing at the entrance like 3-4 times but ignored straight away.never coming back.disappointed

We had lunch there yesterday. The food was fine but the service appalling. Served flat champagne, seemed annoyed when when wanted waiter service and not ordering by app. The food was fine but it is a small part of the overall dining experience when you don't go out that often. Pick your game up front of house, TGI Fridays.

Thanks for the great service Robin. Ordered the Jack Daniel pork ribs - must order item at TGI Fridays. The lunch menu was great value.

The sides were good, but the ribs were disappointing. The meat and the grilling were below average. Not planning to go back.

Need to work on your bartending skills guys, tonight my daughter ordered a long Island iced tea, and on both occasions, came out wrong, but still got charged for both, after being told the first one was thier mistake and was on the house. Follow through with what you say. Thank you

Pretty average quality food for the price. Super overpriced. Two steaks for $77 and mostly grizzle.
Staff were obviously understaffed and busy as no one came to take our order so we eventually just ordered with the tables QR code. No extra drink orders taken either until we awkwardly asked.
Kitchen and drinks closed at 8 too which was weirdly early for a Wed night.

I would like to commend waiter Keegan at TGIF Doncaster Westfield, he was polite and prompt with his service and served me and others well.

Food service from Callum was excellent and the the cocktails from Hannah were extraordinary and delivered expediently. Made sure our glasses were full. Thank you for the amazing experience.

We really enjoyed our calamari and mozzarella sticks and our lemon lime and bitters were delicious. Our server Brendan was very friendly and was very helpful. Thanks Brendan!

It's honestly sad because my family really enjoys the food from here but our orders are consistently messed up. We order online (uber eats, doordash etc.) and I don't believe there has been one order when something wasn't missing. It's not as if the orders are super large either so I'm not sure what the excuse is. The past two times we have ordered food, over half of the order was missing, leaving multiple people without a meal entirely. It's not just sides that are missing, it's ENTIRE meals. It's just really disappointing. Please improve your system as there is obviously something going wrong. There should be no reason we are missing large quantities of food we paid for consistently. It's not a one time mistake anymore.

Restaurant seemed a bit overwhelmed but great service by server Helia who was very nice and helpful with recommendations

Background music was so loud I had to yell my order to the waiter. There was only one person behind the bar so our drinks arrived after our food. We ordered four meals and because one was nachos, it came out first and the rest of us waited whilst the first person ate their food. There are no walls in the restaraunt so you felt like you were in a food court. The food was ok.
