Rude bar staff, couldn't make the cocktails from the menu that we wanted. Food was above average. Won't be returning.

My wife and I thought we'd check this place out while we are guests at a nearby hotel. Almost a big mistake as we were waiting for a very long time, got full on our drinks because we were waiting so long until a Waiter tended to us and thank God he looked after us because we were about to leave. At the end of this all he did make us happy and he mentioned that if we have spare time to please feel free to leave a review. I asked for his name and he said Aydin. These 5 stars are just for you, not anything else because we were about to leave. Thank you Kindly Aydin for turning our bad experience into a good one. Managers please take note!

We've been too this place twice now, the last time about two years ago (I think). It's pretty nice and has a relaxed atmosphere, personally I don't think they need so many tv screens in the place but it's part of TGI Fridays personality. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, didn't end up having desert but I believe it's pretty good.

Apart from our chips being cold everything else was fine. Was asked to leave a review by the man who took good care of us named Aydin if we were happy with our experience or even we felt like he could improve on anything! Awesome family place for a bite and drink, very impressed by the atmosphere but especially by this young man's exceptional customer service which was really impressive especially for a kid from this rude generation! I'll be back for more of the ribs and twisters!

Our food was delicious (thank you to the chefs) our drinks were a little on the slow side which is understandable because it was very busy. The staff were lovely, especially Aydin who I found was to be the most helpful and was even very friendly and attentive to our kids.
Great place, food, staff and overall atmosphere but most of all, Aydins customer service skills.

Excellent place. Really good food and good service. We were on Saturday and the local was very quiet not much people and we enjoyed. Thanks guys

Great place to eat, good atmosphere, lovely staff, and our food was scrumptious. The only complaint I have is about our drinks, they took way too long to get to us however overall a great experience. Thank you to the young man Ayden for doing an awesome job looking after us, you're a champ and we'll definitely be back!

Good location for a quiet catch up with a colleague. Good ordering advice from the wait staff and all round good lunch

Food was disgusting and not cooked correctly paid $97 for 3 meals and 3 cups of soft drink. Avoid.

Excellent service and the steak I ordered was very yummy. Good drinks list, and mocktails are so nice and refreshing. Great casual dining and family friendly. Good experience all up.

Great food with awesome service. Staff were very attentive and always made sure we were good for food and drinks. Made our last work get together for the year stress free and enjoyable.

Our drink order got forgotten 2 times. The our entree never came out. Plus our mains which was the burger was not good.it had hardly anything in it and felt like a rip off. This was at epping. I had a much better experience at the Doncaster restaurant.

My girlfriend and I decided to get dinner and a movie one night and thought TGIF seemed like a good place to go. What we were met with was a 40 minute wait in which we drank all of our jug of coke.

Only later to be told that our food was ordered and that it was an extra ten minute wait for our food; even though they saw us sitting there asking the waitresses for help. So we just walked out

Had an awesome experience in this restaurant the staff were very helpful and attentive with my disabled Nanna. Delicious hamburgers and chips. Large array of drinks and alcoholic drinks. Will go again.

Staff were so lovely, food was very yummy - the only thing I didn’t really like was the nachoes but each to their own my nephew loved them! Still would give 5 stars and will be back:) thanks for your lovely service.
