The food was really good and service was great. The host was really helpful and assisted us well.

Didn't appreciate the attitude of some of the staff, I do understand that the table was booked till 730 but when the dessert we ordered hasn't come out still when it was ordered on the app 20 minutes prior no I'm not going to just stand up and leave. Then the attitude of the person I paid for mains because the app appeared so slow and useless to question why the desserts weren't on the bill. Just rude. TGI Friday's was great in the old building about 4 years ago. They had big meals, great service, great atmosphere and fair pricing. Now it's small meals, pushy service or with use of app avoid service. I left knowing I'll never be back and encourage anyone remembering the old TGI Friday's that this isn't it.

For a store that closes at 10pm on a Saturday night it is appalling that you are turning guests away an hour before you close. This is the second time we have been turned away with over an hour remaining until you close the store.

Very Overpriced! We bought the Beef ribs and Scotch Fillet steaks to dine in there, and Salt & Pepper Calamari to take home.

We paid about $55 per portion for our beef ribs, but hardly any meat in there! Our Scotch Fillet steaks were undercooked, very fatty & chewy; paid about $45 each, it's really not worth the money.

Salt & Pepper Calamari was $18, and only got a few small pieces. I've gotten a lot more for $18 Calamari at some other pubs. Lol

We went there coz we wanted to try its main meals. But, we won't go back there again though. Very Overpriced!

Do yourself a favor, if you're after a good meal and steak, avoid this place at all cost.

Staff are very friendly and helpfull it is a nice comfortable atmosphere and the food is good

In Mid September, I went there on Wednesday at 5pm with 8 workmates. It was quiet there. Drinks were ordered and arrived within short time. Food were ordered by 5: 45pm. At first, the service was alright but then when we ordered drinks again at 6pm. Drinks never come. Found out that the waitress didnt even put our drink order in the system. When it was almost 6: 45pm. A young blond waitress came to our table and screamed at us angrily, "You guys have to leave now. It has been 2 hours and the table is booked. " We were all shocked as we never got told that the table is booked at 7pm and the place was quit empty.

The service is terrible. Highly recommende that people who service there to mind their manner to customers. It was a no no not to go back for me.

We booked for 7: 00 pm, but got seated at 7: 15 pm. After waiting for 30 minutes, the waiter promised we'd be served soon, but over an hour later, we were still waiting. Absolutely unacceptable.

First time customer, and very impressed with everything, service was responsive and friendly, tasty food reasonably priced and a lively atmosphere

We haven’t been back here for years. Now they have done up the place and it looks and feels really nice and comfortable. Staff are super friendly and accommodating as well. Food was great as always! Can get really busy and you can book online and there is plenty of space.

Ordered the signature platter and 250g striploin.
Wings and pork ribs was not bad. Beef ribs is rubbery, the meat sticking to the bone. Disappointing taste and texture given the price.

Striploin was suppose to be medium but was over done and tough, like a door stopper. I understand a striploin needs a good sear, and 250g isn't thick, easy to overcook but this is really tough. Had a hard time cutting through it.

They used to be pretty decent. Now is below average.

Good steak, drink delivery very poor- steak cooked and half eaten before a bottle of vb arrived (bar was 5 feet away from table) at this stage wouldn’t be going back ….

Lost two stars due to Joanne, food was brought out cold, sat for 10 minutes before she brought it to us.

A lunch date with hubby and thought of trying something different. TGI Friday’s Epping you were amazing! Friendly and accomodating staff. Asked for lunch meals with vegan options. A vegan burger with a soft drink, just for $18.90. The staff told us that the fries were cooked in the same fryer so we opted for salad. Really nice salad. Nice and quiet place, perfect for a lunch date

The overall experience was good food was average chicken and salmon were a little dry chips were supposed to be shoestring but were normal straight cut and tasted like they had been in a Bain Marie for a couple hours and store had only been open half an hour. Ordered 2 cocktails which bar person forgot about had to go and ask waitress. Had great experiences at other stores so only 3 stars.

Won't be back, meat so dry you needed the sauce to be able to swallow it. Waited an hour for meals. I'd hate to see them when they busy. Watching the younger people cleaning up was entertaining.

I am very unhappy with being charged way too much for a bad experience. I will not be coming back to this resturant.

Medin was absolutely awesome! As a customer, I felt welcomed by Medin from the moment we entered TGI’s. It’s my 25th birthday and I really wanted to just have a really nice quiet night. The best part of the night was when Medin went the extra mile by bringing me our dessert with a sparkler! I think more adults need moments in their lives like this where they can feel like little kids again! It’s the little things that matter most and this made my entire day. Thank you Medin for everything you did tonight and I hope you know you’re are an asset to this company! I hope to come back to see more of the friendly customer service in future!

Refused table service because "we were sitting outside"
We could either order online through an app which we would have to download or go in and order.
What has this world come to.
Might aswell get robots to serve you.
The young girl in the angel costume who seated us would not smile or anything. Practically a robot.
So we decided to leave and go to a restaurant next door.
A big shame as this once was one of mine and my partners favorite TGIS when they were in the original location in the complex.
Super disappointing.
Won't be coming back.

Steakhouse / American restaurant. Went to TGI with workmates. All the steaks were nice. Salmon was good too.
