Went with a friend on friday, and i gotta say excellent customer service, and attentive waiters/waitresses. The salt and pepper calamari was amazing, and the waiter made sure if we wanted bacon removed from our burger because of my dietary requirements when there was no need, as I wasn't going to have the burger anyway. I was quite pleased with the attentiveness and would come again. You guys deserve the 5 stars! Keep it up

Massive shout out to the staff that work here, the night as there was pretty busy and the staff were very welcoming, there was the one main guy that was really impressive to watch him work doing a hundred things at once and never skipped a beat. Got some cocktails as well which were quite possibly the best cocktails I’ve had in Melbourne. And I’ve been to some nice cocktail bars in the city, so props to the bartender for mastering the craft. The food was alright, the burger was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it, but the chips were a bit of a struggle to get through, they were very cold and hard and not like a crunchy chip kind of hard either. I was worried I would break my teeth if I wasn’t careful, but everything else was so on point it was easy to overlook. I said to my partner several times how impressive it was watching the staff work so well haha Thanks team

I recently organised a workplace function with TGI Fridays Epping, and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received. The management team were welcoming and helpful from the beginning right through to the end of our evening. I would like to especially thank Jo-Anne, who made sure we were all accommodated to and ensured everything ran smoothly. Definitely will book again in the near future, thanks!

First time I have been since they have moved locations. Our food was good and prompt even though they were busy. Service was really good as well. I will be back again.

Great place to eat. Food a little pricy though for what you get. Have been to the original TGI Fridays in America and it comes very close to being the same.

2.5 STARS.the chicken burger was flavourless, and the bun stale. The French fries were rock hard and inedible. Although the buffalo wings were amazing.

First time I have been to the new location. Looks fantastic. The steak was tender and juicy. But the standout to me was the staff when I said I was deaf. Didn't matter who I spoke to they all took their mask off so I really appreciate the good service and communication between the staff. Cheers!

Love the new location, much more modern, the ordering app worked well until we went to use a member discount, but the staff were really helpful resolving the issue. Food was great and the staff were really friendly.

The last couple of times we were here (a couple of years ago) we didnt have a good experience. Cant fault it this time. Food was great, same with the service.

A decent feed, great staff but cookie cutter menu formulas and salt. So much salt (except in the bland Mac and cheese). The food is easy and as advertised.
Today we were looked after pretty well, the bar man, Daniel was super nice to my kids and friendly too, a waitress brought a beer over that we didn't order and insisted we keep it.
While the staff and new venue are both really great the food experience was lacklustre.
Friday's of today has nothing on the TGI Friday's of the early 2000s I miss the crusted steaks, the TGI Jack Daniels sauce, the bottomless drinks and excessive toppings on the twister bowls.
The gimmicks are gone but so are the large portions, the rotation of quality American and Australian craft beers, the cute American Heinz bottles and the wet wipes. VALE FRIDAYS

Awful service, waited the whole night just for a bottle of water after asking multiple times, had to ask to even get cutlery brought out.

Food was alright, far from great, but not worth the exorbitant price.

We had the pleasure of being served by Daniel tonight - he was so sweet and accommodating and provided excellent personalised service for us. We will definitely be back for our happy hour margaritas! Amazing work Daniel:)

On of my favourite places for bar and grill. Try their spaghetti and quesedillas. Also they have great lunch deals so if you're a burger person like myself, a nice burger with steak fries and a drink will set you back 21 bucks which is pretty decent considering a gourmet burger.

A huge variety of food options. Had the fajita tower, chicken bowl and loaded potatoes which were all delicious. Slightly pricey and quantity was ok

Came here a while back and really enjoyed the meal. The meals I’ve had here are all a decent size and all have their own different flavour. Would recommend to everyone who enjoys burgers, ribs ect. Prices are a little on the higher side but worth it. We tend to come in as a few of us and order all different dishes and share them so we can try it all. Highly recommended

Lovely food and extremely friendly staff that were always willing to help; they actually make the experience so much better.

Their speciality stuff is great, but the price makes you wonder why you came here when you can get ribs of the same quality from one of the many millions of local pizza shops these days. Go for the Jack Daniel's sauce once, and if you don't absolutely love it it's best to just go elsewhere in future.

They have good burgers here that are to tall and not wide enough. Aside from that they are great
