Food was ok, a little expensive but customer service was amazing. They catered really well to our naughty 2 year old, great staff

Very friendly and helpful staff - were kind enough to move our reservation when we called to say we'd be 25 mins late. Food was excellent

TGIF Epping a bit disappointed with the quality of the food, not how I remembered it use to be when I was at the Jam Factory. My family and I ordered wingettes, rib eye and scotch fillet. The steaks were very bland (no seasoning at all), was not cooked to my wife’s preference “well done” came out medium rare! We also had extra side fries (came out luke warm and there was no seasoning as well) tossed green vegetables would have been the highlight dish!

Decided to give 3 stars as the service was good.

Nice salad and chips, other meals and burgers were not nice, especially the horrible nachos. Gross.

Since they've moved it's improved immensely. Wings you just can't go by, jack signature glaze, yummy. Staff are sensational

I went for a birthday lunch to TGI Fridays, the wrap I ordered was dry and cold which wasn't a big deal and continued to eat it. Although I woke up sick that night vomiting the wrap I had. I've never experienced something like this and never had to write a review this terrible.

To the team working tonight Friday 20/05/22 you were all amazing. Attentive, friendly and helpful. You all did and outstanding job. Thanks for making my sons 16th an enjoyable evening. We loved the Singing too! We'll be back 10/10

Two stars because service and ambience was good.
If it was rating purely on food alone, it would have barely made it to half a star.

For a $62.90 platter we had the most underwhelming piece of rubber for steak and dry underwhelming ribs which accompanied with sad tasteless prawns.

Appetizers of sweet potato chips and wine helped survive it.

Thank you to Joanne and all the staff and TGI epping for their outstanding customer service. We celebrated a Birthday there and the food was delicious and staff really went above and beyond to make sure we got what needed.

We love TGI Fridays, but the service at Epping is just above and beyond. Such amazing food which to date we cannot fault, amazing and quick service always makes the night go seamlessly! The servers and staff are amazing and friendly, tonight we had the pleasure of being served by Maddie who is just awesome! She had a lovely chat with my wife and I and so kindly arranged a beautiful dessert for my wife's birthday. Thank you to all staff and a big shout out to the wonderful Maddie! You made our night. Will definitely be back!

TGIF new/ improved restaurant at Epping is fantastic, staff we're very friendly and helpful. Service and food were great. I was able to book a table straight away and the kids loved the activity book and food. Will definitely be returning soon.

Came back for the first time after covid with my family. Staff were all so lovely and made sure we knew how to order through the app. We ordered entrees, mains and desserts and all of them were yum!

Amazing delicious food, we really liked the Halloween decorations and appreciated the customer service with the team checking to make sure we were double vaccinated before coming.

Definitely recommend this place for lunch and dinner to meet up family and friends

Service was great, restaurant was awesome. But the food wow. I guess my expectation of the old TGI menu and flavours got the better of me and the portion size was disappointing for the price. Was my go to all time favourite, hence returning after the lifting of lockdowns. Please stick what worked there was need for change.

Very bad service and my child’s burger didn’t come for so long. They just dump the food on the tables. Cost over $100 for three kids meals and burgers …. Rip-off and service is a killer

Tiny servings. The meat platter said 1-2 people but a I would argue if two people shared it, they’d need to go out to eat somewhere better afterwards. Like we did.

Had problems processing my order via the app, staff provided a voucher and exceptional customer service. We will definitely return! The supervisor was great, she fixed any issue without a hassle. Thanks guys!

Food was awesome customer service was absolutely on point. Only issue was my phone was unable to complete my online order using the QR codes at the table.

Visited on a weekend. Seemed a bit understaffed as it was hard to get their attention, but the staff were still friendly and accommodating. Food was good but not great. Overall, a pleasant experience.
