I was contacted within 1/2hr of questing a call. Came out early the next day, assessed the situation. In the end there was no need to do anything.

The technician arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher and also managed to find the Model number of our oven so we could get a replacement element. Excellent service.
