The appointment was at 09: 00 AM but the maintenance guy came at 07: 30 AM. Not a professional service.

Wouldn’t have posted - except they sent me 3 text messages requesting a review - booked an appointment 6 weeks out 145 pm-
got call 1130 am - day of appointment - “I’m at your house can you come home? “ - sorry I’m at work” - got a call an hour later - “ can we come earlier” - sorry I’m at work-
So I leave work - drive home for 145 appointment called again 215 pm - “sorry can’t get there until 4 pm” - I had to go back to work …
Person from the office called me - organised for next day- they arrived and were ok…. They didn’t respect my time - and weren’t proactive in seeking a solution - they expected me to accomodate them without notice and that to me is unacceptable.
I perceived it as a “ do as they please Apologise later mentality”.
So I couldn’t recommend them.

I spoke to a Taskforce staff about one week ago, they confirmed that they could conduct smoke alarm check within one week. But after I made the booking, the job was scheduled on 30th August, which is more than two months away. If they don't have the capacity to do the job on time, they should be upfront. I called them up to ask for refund, the staff was very unfriendly. She yelled: "Nobody would have told you we could do the job within one week. " Then hung up, very disappointing!

This company was directed by Walker Real Estate to come and check all the electrical and pluming of the house that I am renting and the guts that came here where very professional in what they did and left within 30 minutes.

I have had compliance checks done for investment properties. Very unhappy about the way they describe the services offered - ie hot water service checked, appliances such as fridges checked, and also the price on their website that I was offered being different to price on the invoices I’ve been sent. The pictures on the report come through blurry. I asked the administrator to have a manager contact me months ago to no avail - and finally got a response contradicting the verbal and email information sent. They says I had cancelled appointment which I had not! Not very happy especially for someone who has multiple compliance checks done that I get charged 10% more than the online price and not having the work done as advertised! Next time I’ll just go straight to the tester. Twenty mins of incomplete work for nearly $700. If a manager could pls contact me!

Taskforce were recently assigned to carry out the new Mandatory property compliance and safety check brought in by changes to the Victorian Residential tenancy act in March 2021 on my unit. Alan the electrical technician employed by Taskforce was both friendly in manner and carried out his duties with proficiency and an obvious professional expertise that when the inspection was completed I felt reassured in the confidence that it was a job well done. Thankyou Taskforce and Alan.

I had a not so good experience with this company admin people. They were rude and unhelpful. I initially gave this company a one star but today the trades people attended on time and did a professional job which obliged me to edit my review and change my rating. If you train your customer service personnel it might improve your company’s performance in my opinion.

Craig came on time and installed a replacement fan under warranty. He explained the whole process and even took the extra time to ensure my house wiring was correct to avoid further issues down the track. Thanks Craig.

Our fans were delivered on Tuesday and Joe installed them Thursday morning. Such a quality installation. The whole process was faultless.
