Really efficient and skilled guys, unfortunately I find coming into people’s houses during a pandemic and wearing protective masks as mouth and chin warmers for people in high risk jobs absolutely mad, in the end I got sick of saying “put your masks on properly” as it became clear they didn’t care about COVID safety.

Very good, both men were very kind and gave great service as they were fast and efficient with inspecting the property and making sure no problems were occurring or being developed.

We had a gas and electricity inspection completed today. Tolly and the other guy (Sorry didn't get his name. He was wearing glasses and very polite) came to do the job. They were both very professional and polite. The job was done nice and smoothly and it's good to know we are safe. Thank you so much for your work!

Carried out gas & electrical rentsafe safety test. Appointment was booked for 1.30pm 25/6, they sent over 15 reminder notices leading up to the booking date. Received an email the day before notifying booking is now at 10.30am. They didn't come until after 12pm. One of the service guys (inspector) was nice, the other one not so nice, I was also left with black marks on the carpet from one of the guys work boots whilst he was laying on the floor testing an appliance. It certainly wasn't dirt from outside, it was thick clumps of charcoal or soot smeared into the carpet, visibly from his boots. Maybe wipe your feet upon arrival? Or better yet, take your dirty boots off at the door?

We are extremely happy with the work done by Astra Electrical in updating the condensers in all our ceiling fans. The electrician was the neatest one we've ever had in our experience. Wow what great service. Our fan was installed the same day it was delivered. The installer was very professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

I was hoping for a good experience here because the team was friendly, but the fan installed makes a sound buzzing noise when I first turned it up. Tried to get them to come back to rectify the same day but they refused. I can't recommend them at all.

As far as I can work out this company just send spam sms messages to unsuspecting businesses with no prior contact with that business. Boy there is a lot of 5 star reviews here from people that have never reviewed anything else. Just saying!

Response to reply: Roxborough Park is not in the Frankston area! And I tried calling that number and the guy hung up on me.

I Had a fan that needed replacing under warranty and they came and replaced no hassle, just quick easy and professional service right from the start. Couldn’t rate them highly enough. Exceptional service.

I have used this company 1st time and will not hesitate to use it again, i am blown away with professional approach and quality of work performed. I am happy with the fan which was installed in my bedroom

Dodgy Spammers trying to get business by sending unsolicited random jobs to businesses that are located nowhere near the quote request and that know nothing about them. At the very least they could contact the business prior to their spam sms messages. Can't help noticing how many of the reviews here are from people with only one review to their name.

Being new to an area I was unsure about finding an electrician. Taskforce made it easier and I am happy with the installation.

Taskforce let me know a Plumber was on his way within 10mins of requesting a job. Great service by Jason the plumber who fixed my plumbing problem.

Extremely happy with the service that Nuno provided our store in Sydney CBD. We've had a lot of people turn down/complicate our jobs due to parking issues but Nuno was an absolute delight! As soon as I lodged my request I was called by Taskforce and they had somebody coming out to me the next day. They were very friendly, and the man who helped us out knew exactly what was wrong and exactly what to do to fix it. I would feel confident in calling them again.
