Tradie that serviced my fire alarm was incredibly chatty and friendly, the job was done well and quickly and he even insisted on cleaning up after himself when I said I would just get the vacuum out! 10/10.

Prompt, courteous and efficient. Even phoned 20 minutes before arriving to introduce himself and confirm arrival time. Speedy inspection and battery changes. James was how one would hope all service people would be.

Testing and change batteries for smoke alarms. Very communicative prior appointment. Punctual and professional. Appointment made by real estate agent yet still personal communication.

What a couple of legends. Worked efficiently, replaced what was a very old faulty fire alarm and, as I live alone, may have very well saved my life.

They replaced the smoke alarms' batteries. However, one of them almost ran out. It made beep sound for a while. At that time I had no idea. Soon I found it out. And I had to replace it again. I believe they need to make sure that they are brand new ones.

These guys did a safety inspection on our rental, checking the electrical and the gas, they were friendly and very professional. They explained everything to us that needs to be fixed and put it on the report that they give our landlord. I would recommend them to whoever needs this service. 5 out of 5 stars

The two tradies from TaskForce who did our units electrify and gas safety check were great! Professional, efficient, and just all round awesome guys. They arrived right on time, explained what they had to do each step of the way, then finished up quickly and efficiently.

They were also big fans of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Korean TV shows. Our Buffy posters in our unit sparked a fun chat about our favourite TV shows? ‍️ Always great to unexpectedly meet other fans of shows your love!

I really enjoyed the two tradesmen that were sent over they had a good sense of humour they were on time and all round very friendly. They did everything correctly. Great work thanks guys.

Love the fans, had 7 installed. Weren’t aware that Brilliant had great warranty support. Lodged a claim for a fan, heard back same day. Received a call next day from electrician to come and repair. Repair was done in 10min. A great experience, best warranty experience I’ve had.
