Very disappointed, due to a technical glitch I have had my course extended by 7 months. Negatively affecting my ability to gain employment.
No empathy, or apologies. Not even a phone call to explain the problem. Just a series of emails from "The Enrolments Team" definetly makes me feel like the login number rather I have been assigned rather than a person who actually wanted to get something out of my $27,000.
I will not be recommending anyone study at Swinburne Online.
