SuperZu Playcentre and Cafe reviews
73Best Playcentre I’ve ever been to. So many different areas to play in, with lots to do. Not only did my daughter have a ball, so did I. Only thing that could have been improved is the heating, it was quite cold and the staff. There were only two ladies I saw working (I suggest to hire more staff as tables were filthy etc and it wasn’t even busy) and the staff members looked like they absolutely hated there jobs and they didn’t look very approachable nor did they act very friendly.
Best play centre we've ever been to. The kids will literally spend the whole day there with an incredibly vast array of equipment. And delicious vegan food on the menu - unheard of! Highly recommend SuperZu.
Spacious and lots of facilities to play! My little one enjoyed playing here and meals are delicious as well!
One of the staff is so rude! Messed up the order and when I went to rectify she goes I didn't serve you where is your receipt. Well guess what you didn't give me one. No apologies at all like she's doing me a favour by been there. Try explaining to a 2year old why her chips didn't come in 30 min and sandwich not toasted not easy with a hungry kid. Well I guess this play centre out of my list to visit again.
Excellent play centre and a good choice of food for both children and adults. Today it's cold outside and equally cold inside with no heating on other than in the cafe area. Kids are running around keeping warm but the parents are freezing!
This place is a kids dream come true there is so much to do here. So many attractions to play on. A toddlers area for the little ones to play. Awesome birthday party rooms and good catering. Coffee was pretty good too.
It's OK bit not the best place my kids have been to.
Wasn't clean the day we went and parking was a little confusing
I went back to Super Zu after not having gone in about 6 months and I won’t be going back anytime soon! While the actual play area is massive with great stuff for all ages, it’s super run down and just disgustingly filthy. There is dust and dirt EVERYWHERE. It looks like it has never been cleaned. Equipment was broken and some stuff even dangerous. For a play centre that’s a few years old, it looks like it’s been around for decades. And don’t even get me started on the toilets. Walk within 5 meters of them and the smell of urine is absolutely vile. Couldn’t play in the little kids area because it is next to the toilets and the smell was so bad I couldn’t stand being near it. The toilets were disgusting and dirty, and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week. The door on the toilet I used was broken so you could pretty much see in while I was using it. I did not see one staff member cleaning anything the whole time I was there-compared to my local one where they are constantly cleaning. The food is average and the cost high. There are plenty of other play centres around that, although not as well equipped, are so much cleaner that I will stick to those. Cleanliness standards really need to be brought up to scratch!
The biggest Playcentre I’ve ever been to. Very very large with multiple play areas for different age group‘s. Coffee is good. More variety of food here compared to other playcentres. Very friendly service and staff are always cleaning tables to get ready for others to enjoy the place. Parking can be tricky during peak periods such as weekends and public holidays so I always get in early before 10am. Booked this place for exclusive use one year and it was a massive hit the the kids (and adults especially the donut slide). Staff were very flexible and we were well looked after.
Some staff is not friendly and inconsiderate. You pay for the whole day but you can’t bring one child go out for a while and go back later even if there’s another child still inside. All the other indoor play centers can do this.
The pay for the kid is $4 or $5 higher than the others like lollipop, crocs etc. The food is almost double price expensive than the outside. One of the jumping bed is out of order for more than two months.
Lots of desks are being reserved. Not enough desks for people. Have to wait at least half an hour to get food delivered. Disappointed!
Fun for the kids, apart from seeing groups of kids having full on fights amongst smaller kids was a let down.
Really great play center for the kiddos.endless fun! We were there for over 3 hours with our 3 1/2 year olds
Nice indoor playground for the kids to monkey around. What I love is the $5 entrance fee for weekday 3.30 to 5pm play. Would be great if they offer this pricing during the sch holiday too. Free water is also provided friendly staff. One downside is the car rides are not always available if there are not enough staff to man it.
