Grandaughter's Birthday party there. The kids loved it, food ok, drink ok. Lots of people there. A good day for them all.

The play centre itself is average, the little car ride for kids is a joke.two and a half minute ride each and one child at a time.with 10 ppl in front of you it's not worth the wait, especially when you pre-purchase a ticket.
The food is nasty.and I mean nasty.
$14.80 for a chicken burger which was luke warm and the chicken itself was discoloured. The chips were nice and the nuggets, they were tight on the platter of nuggets.
Will definitely not be returning here.even parking was a challenge.
You're better off waking up to mcdonalds before you head in with your children.

Had my daughter 6th birthday party ag superzu. This was my best play centre birthday experience in last) years. The party bags handed to kids were great and the party room was well organised

Great play centre, definitely value for money. Large interesting areas for the kids (including the toddler area which isn't an after thought) clean and well maintained.
Loved the electric cars.
Parents room was clean and roomy enough to cope.
The cafe looked like it had some healthy offerings.

A good quality and well maintained play centre. Food offering is above average for a play centre. Well worth a visit if you have primary school aged children.

So far the best play centre we've been to. Lots of different slides, climbing, crawling, walking, ball pit, volcano! And for an extra $3 a car ride where you can drive. We go on a weekday around 11am and it's always quiet (as long as it's not school holidays) and it feels like we have the place to ourselves. The Best!

Best playcentre in Melbourne! Huge and so many different things to do for the kids to keep them busy. Exceptional staff and management, I had my son's 6th birthday there and it was amazing. I recommend booking tables and ordering platters for birthdays rather than going for party packages, better value. Food is sensational. Excellent coffee. Thank you SuperZu for a wonderful day my son will cherish!

We love this place, the kids had an absolute ball. A great set up, our new go to play centre. The kids are exhausted after all the fun. A total win win. Highly recommended.

This place is hands down the best in the area. It’s huge, it’s clean and safe and the coffee is really good. The cost is very affordable for a whole day of play. My 2 year old asks to go to ‘the monkey place’ and always, always falls asleep on the way home. Win-win!

The hygiene today was absolutely disgusting. The high chair that I put my child in looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks, same with the table. The toilets were also disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere and in one toilet the toilet paper was not accessible. It took over an hour for our food to come out also, and they forgot one of our meals. There are a lot of staff on but very little being done, they were just standing around looking lost or talking to each other for ages

Very nice facilities, coffee is nice, service is good and well maintained in cleanliness and equipment, however the equipment is more suited to younger children under 8 I would say. Overall really good atmosphere and would recommend.

We had a great experience at Super Zu. Everything was clean. Lots of tables and high chairs. Staff were busy and working hard.

Booked a play session for the first time. It was a huge play centre with lots of different activities. The girls loved the tube ride, the volcano climb and the trampolines. The food and coffee were good and the prices were reasonable. The food was fresh and we didnt have to wait long. We had a discount voucher, so we got great value for our money. Booking is essential during covid! Will definately go back!

If i could provide a negative score this interaction would receive a negative 100. Called up today to make a booking for my kids to have a play. One of the incompetent female workers told me that a booking isn't necessary for their 2pm session, as it had plent of space available and insisted to just come down. We arrived for our timed 2pm session and both my kids are excited to have some playtime. We get to the front of the line to be told that the 2pm session is now full. I spoke to the manager and explained what happened and he seemed not to care and had no compassion to try and sort this out. All he did say repeatedly was we're full. The most heart breaking part was telling my 2 and 3 year old that we couldn't go in and watching them cry as they couldn't understand why they were not allowed in. That was one of the most frustrating and heart breaking scenes i have experience from my children. All i can say is i will never again bring my children to this play centre and will also steer clear any family or friends from ever bringing their children or having any parties there. To that uncompationate manager/owner working there. Your lack of sympathy was disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Edit for reply:

LOL. I did not verbally abuse a 15 year old little girl.thats quite a stretch. I asked her that i wanted to speak to the manager. No one was distressed in line. The family in front, the father had offered to wait outside so my wife could go in with our children which you denied. The family behind stated that they were lucky that they insisted for your staff to take down their booking because they would have been in the same boat as us. Yes you did offer a free day to come back and yes that wasn't good enough as my 2 and 3 year old children wete crying because they couldn't go in due to the incompetence of your staff. My reaction was normal of any loving father that sees his children crying. However you try to paint this picture this whole incident occurred because of the incompetences of your staff and yourself. I understand the state government rules hence why i called in advance to make a booking.

Excellent play centre worth the drive if you aren't close. Seperate toddlers area, little cars on a race track ($/use) and a doughnut slide.

Good clean fun place for kids, good quality canteen food, a little expensive it cost almost $40 for three drinks, a toasted sandwich & nuggets & chips! As well as $32 entry for two kids, ends up being an expensive 2 hours, due to the COVID-19 restrictions they only have two hour sessions.

Great equipment for kids to play on with some difference from most centres. The food was great and the staff were friendly.

Best place to take your kids that I have ever been. I loose weight running around after my son as well so beats going to the gym
