SuperZu Playcentre and Cafe reviews
73Huge area for the kids, no time restriction, great value, huge food menu for kids and adults. Parking is limited, get there early
We booked the Princess Room (Glamour Party Package) and could not be happier. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Great party bags and gifts. Would highly recommend.
Had my sons birthday on the weekend. We paid over $700 for a party room for 19 children & adult platters and was disgusted by how slow the food & drink service was and how we were rushed out in the 90 mins. The tables and chairs were still very sticky from the previous party. The parking situation is also disgusting and really needs to be looked at. Will never come here again.
We celebrated our son’s birthday party here. This one of the big playcentre compared to Crocs and others. Every kid enjoyed and had awesome playtime. Staff were friendly and helpful in arranging and managing the whole party. Thank you
Had my son's party organised here and it was very disappointing.when we arrived, noone showed us where our room was, no intro to host etc.we prob waited about 30min, still noone greeted us and we had to prompt front desk about it.to be fair, the party host looked young and probably not trained well.the platters we paid for the adults never arrived, so we had to ask for it which the host didn't know about and had to check with the chef? That's odd.still never received the extra bowl of chips we ordered which we got a refund for since we cbb waiting anymore.food was average, not worth the extra money paid for.also, room was dirty, since I waited for 30 min I ended up wiping down the tables myself.management needs to be more organised and have better communication in the team.missed opportunity for a great party, they clearly just want to take your money, and your left to manage your own party room.
Gate for baby and toddler area does not close unless slammed in a particular way. Most parents and children don’t take the time to work out the janky gate so babies and toddlers can easily get out from the safety of the area and into the path of bigger kids, the nearby giant slide exit, or even the men’s urinal. Not wanting to simply leave a poor review, I contacted the facility to let them know and didn’t receive a helpful response. Simple solution: spend a few hundred dollars on installing a new gate that will swing closed or one which is at least not broken and easy to latch. I visited again today and it was in the same state. There were at least a hundred kids in the facility so the business is highly profitable but they’re cutting corners on basic safety for the most vulnerable patrons. Not to mention it’s not very relaxing to have to keep running after your toddler when they can continually exit the supposedly enclosed area. Other facilities in the area like Kid Factory and Croc’s seem to be able to provide safe gated areas for infants- try them instead.
The kids have a good time here. I like how the tables are spread out through the centre. Food is varied and reasonably priced.
By far the best play centre in the area! Always clean and well kept. Great toddler area. They have a loyalty program now where you get the 6th visit for free
Really awesome party rooms and play centre layout/equipment however, the price isn't worth it to host a party.
The chairs in this room were sticky and the room was still being cleaned after our booking for the room had started
The food was average oven food I could have made at home, sandwiches were slightly better. Very humid and stuffy inside on a hot day as centre doesn't have air conditioning.
Great place to visit best play centre I've ever been to, but not worth having a party there.
My son had his bday here on sat, he and his lil friends had a ball, and all loved the dinosaur room, the staff are really lovely too.
A little pricey but pretty clean and well set up. The kids love it there.
Wish they had a reduced rate for if you go just before they close.
Thank you to David and his wonderful team at SuperZu for helping me organise such a fantastic last-minute birthday for my daughter.
I cannot believe the level of ease that was involved. Everything was just lovely and my daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed the day. The princess room was so dreamy, the food platters were beyond generous in size and the gift bags were and absolute surprise in the level of quality! Hope you guys put some photos of these gift bags because I really didn't think that we would get such a fantastic selection. We were all impressed!
To top it all of there was no cleaning or pre-prep required. Just bring the birthday girl, the cake and get ready for lots of entertainment.
I could never have catered for 23 5-year-old kiddies and their parents the way you guys did. You really went above and beyond and for that I am super grateful! We all had such a blast!
Kind Regards
Anki
This place is amazing for kids! Staff always look out for safety and hygiene. Daniel is a very friendly staff member and went above and beyond to help!
Very happy. Clean, great variety of different play areas for all ages. Took our 1yr old and there was alot to keep her stimulated. Great customer service from staff and the food was amazing. Loved that they had separate parents room from toilets and it was clean. Definitely be back. Also loved that they were open after 2pm (not sure if only during school holidays). Highly recommend.
On this occasion rather disappointing.
15 mins to check in, a staff member finally greeted us, then walks off. We were not asked to show our vaccination status.
Having multiple parties booked for the same time surely cannot come as a surprise that the venue will get very busy at the same time. There were no resources allocated and the line was always to the door.
As we exited the premises, there is a gate, where you need to let an attendant know you are leaving. It was obvious we were leaving as we had bags, yet the attendant just looked at us, oblivious to his surroundings. We had to specifically say *can you open the gate please*.
The place was busy, however there was a lack of common sense and initiative. It was Madness.
Waited 45 mins for a coffee, as they forgot.
This venue cannot successfully handle the current large volume of customers at any one time.
It is very clean and organise. Customer service it's fantastic! Definitely great for when it rains or it's too hot. However, it is a shame that you pay a fee to go in after your baby is 12months and they don't give a coffee any more: (. Other than that it's a fabulous place
I love taking kids here.
Massive place with plenty of options to for kids
Food is also good.
Very reasonably priced as well.
Just celebrated my child's first birthday party in SuperZu. The staff was super accommodating, polite and helpful. All the children had a great time and the party was a bit hit.
Kids love it! Extra large play centre with lots for them to do. Really like the toasted sangas and the coffee when it's made right.
A friend hired the whole place out for her son's birthday party. Kids and adults had a blast. Great for all ages.
