Recently visited with our 7yrs old and we had a great time, we really wanted to love it here, one of the better and clean playcenter, well managed, great food and coffee, good staff, well priced, plenty parking.
We will definitely be back!

Very fun place for everyone to play and have so much fun. Very clean and organized place. The slides are so so much fun and fast. I would highly recommend this place. But I am definitely planning another return next time.

Use to come every fortnight before they decide to rip off my husband and the refuse a refund cause they don't give them after he told me how much he paid for entry
Asked how old he is (he's 2) then said its $18 when their website says 1 to 2 is $11 and 3+ is $18
Last time I checked 2 1/2 years old is still 2

EDIT: it happened Saturday 9th September not 2 weeks ago and have card transaction to prove it, he did bring it to their attention and all he was offered in return was a free coffee
I gave him $11 cash to pay for our son and he had to pay $7 on his card
Clearly this happened to other people if you remember another incident

Is one of the bigger ones not like all the usual play centres where all the stuff is crammed into a tiny factory this place is spread out and massive and the foods pretty good to and seems to have more parry room.options than most other centers

One of the biggest and best place centres that have been to in Melbourne. There is so much to do and it's just fun with lots of variety and lots of different activities for children. I highly recommend this place for toddlers and young children, the food and the menu is also pretty decent so you can go there, feed them and let them run around and use their energy.

Overall, the venue offers a wonderful experience for children and is highly recommended for family outings. However, to enhance the overall experience, it would be prudent to establish a visitor-to-space ratio, similar to what Legoland employs. This would ensure that the area is not overcrowded, allowing for a more enjoyable and manageable experience for both parents and children alike. ”

I really wanted to love it here but there was some serious issues and we left after half an hour. Firstly, the ball pit balls are full of mould as pictured. Secondly, the ramp up the the tube slide is missing sections of rubber matting, exposing the extremely slippery boards underneath. I slipped holding my child and hurt my wrist. Finally, there was puddles of urine in the climbing area which, I understand accidents happen but the cleanliness in general was really lacking.

One word for this place - filthy. I don’t understand why they don’t have a section at the front where people can take off their shoes and put socks on before entering the playground. That way you are sure the floor is clean.

The toilets are gross, the tables are sticky and there were dangerous items left around where kids could access them (pics provided).

The positive side is that the kids had fun but I wouldn’t come here again.

Great place to host a party or to plan a play date for kids during school holidays. There are plenty of activities for kids and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

First visit with grandson 4. Friday
Wow super staff so accommodating and genuinely friendly. Reasonable standard food.great coffee. Clean bright, airy space.
We love this play centre (we travel around to see different ones).
It has something for everyone. The play centre is huge and so much fun.
It’s reasonable in price for what’s on offer.
We will be going back Friday again and maybe Sat
Owner allowed us to drag our feet at 5pm closing.
I feel a SuperZu birthday party coming on
My grandson and I had such a fun time I had to share

The best play area so far we’ve been to for kids aged 3 and 5. Spread over a wide area, very well lit. Has car rides too

Huge play centre with lots of activities! WARNING! Too much fun for the kids, may take a while to drag the kids out of the play centre!

Just wanted to give a massive shout out to our favourite local play centre. Not only are the facilities fantastic and the centre clean, the food options are very varied and friendly for allergy kids. My daughter has multiple allergies and they've been able to cater to her needs so that she doesn't miss out. I love taking my daughter here and my daughter loves coming here - we easily spend an entire morning exploring!

My 15 beautiful Scandinavian children absolutely adore this place. It has enlightened me in ways I cannot describe. The coffee is impeccable and the service is breath taking. I recommend the bread. The wheat was truly an experience. My personal favourite dish was the scrambled tofu. My 15 Beautiful Scandinavian children were begging to stay and almost refused to leave. If you also have 15 beautiful Scandinavian children I recommend the platters as they serve many and leave you satisfied.

Nice and big, lots of choice, Older equipment, $18 per kid to get in, expensive average food, I would personally prefer funtopia in carrum downs for the same price.

This place has gone completely downhill. Not sure if this place is under new management or not because what a difference our experience was from the last time we came here. The centre is FILTHY, the toilets are disgusting & no one cleans/clears the tables. The service at the cafe is poor, the queuing line for cafe needs to be looked at, the food is feral & they need to put more staff on. It honestly looks like they can’t handle this place. Will definitely opt to go to another play centre next time.

Great play centre for kids; although the website encourages adults to get physical the simple fact of the matter is that the vast majority of activities and structures etc are not adult size friendly. They may or may not be short staffed due to COVID, colds, flu etc but I was very disappointed to see no staff actively monitoring the play within the centre, and most of the older, more confident and dare I say undisciplined kids I observed largely unsupervised resulted in the others missing out or standing back with a look of dread on their beautiful little faces: some kids were outright bullying others which the website claims won't be tolerated. Overall a lot of children were having a great time but there is definitely room for improvement.
