The food is yum, I would say they do the best eggs Benedict in Melbourne, service is alitttle slow even when it’s not busy, but overall I would go back as it’s worth the wait, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This place is good for a meal anytime of the day. Good prices for the ammount and great quality and presentation, loved the big breakfast

Had breakfast $19 and megafreakshake $16. The hollandaise sauce was too much $4 for the small dipping sauce. And the juice taste not fresh and cost $7.

Worst place. Ordered and waited half an hour for a drink that never came. Got up and left and they didn’t bat an eye - just ignored us the whole time. Staff are rude and force you to buy more things. If it’s a small thing like a drink be prepared for rudeness and forever awaiting your order!

Very disappointed that I couldn't take my kids to have breakfast this morning. Rang up to book and was told to just come in. Got there and lined up for 10 minutes, to then be told that we needed to wait for a further 10-15 minutes for a table for 3! Very disappointing. Food may be great but the service needs improvement.

It's very busy and booking ahead is a must to gaurentee a table.

I would say overall this place is average but nothing special. Waited for 15 minutes for a waiter to arrive to take my order and nothing happened so had to approach the counter. Staff seem nice but theyre the typical teenager teens that text on their phones and speak among each other instead of customer service. The food however is great, other than the mega shake which was a bit sloppy with the chocolate pouring off the plate.

Not a lot of milk in the milkshake, looked good though. Food is nice, waited 20mins for a seat although their were seats available. Nice place but looked very messy with dirty dishes all on the counter where you pay.

Friendly staffs, service is quick.great shake, even the mini shake is huge. Caramel crunch is not that super sweet which suits me, next time we will try the burgers.

This place is packed especially weekends. You need to book 1 hr prior to get a seat. Food is average. Shakes and drinks are amazing. I had fish and chips.that tasted like frozen food.

I had the big breakfast, caramel crunch mini shake & piccolo latte. Phenomenal presentation, taste & customer service was great too. Definitely will return.

Lunch last Saturday. Beautiful presentation, and very tasty food at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly, attentive without being annoying. What I found very pleasing was the staff knew the ingredients in each meal. Loved the Coffee.

Monday 10: 40 it wasn't a pick time but staffs seems not willing to help.
Ordered a milkshake and a babyccino to take way. After a long waiting. Serviced the milkshake then forgot? Jumped to the next customer. After a reminder and somehow the milk was poured onto the table by staff. Eventually we got it. Definitely won't be back.

Acai bowl was huuuge and so delcious! Staff were exceptional and so friendly! Definitely going back!

Working in the CBD, which is socioeconomically ahead, I’m left surprised at how this place charges such exhorbitant prices?

Very good! The milkshakes are wonderful! But for people who are just trying it out I think u should get the baby shake first because it is hard to finish! The prices are good and service is wonderful! Don't need to wait too long for food!

I don't really care for people singing and dancing while making coffees, but when I order two Large SKINNY Flat White's.
I don't want to see the person making my coffee (who just took my order) use full cream milk for both coffees and when running out of milk warm milk from a jug that has been sitting there since before I got to the counter.
On top of all that, a flat white is all milk, I didn't ask for a cappuccino.

The staff is friendly, they always smiling and that give you the energy in the morning. I love this place.
