Simply amazing, I recommend the SB Chicken burger and don’t leave without trying the Rasberry and mango explosion ice tea. # worthit

Huge serving! We really had a great time all the staff are lovely and very helpful. The food is aesthetically plated and the taste is incredible10/10 for us

They used to be my favourite coffee shop but this morning I went there and ordered a croissant and Latte, the coffee was terrible. Can't believe.

Staff refuse to wear masks even when preparing food and drinks and serving customers. With idiots like this around, we'll never get out of lockdown.
It's a shame, because their food and drinks were pretty good, but with high risk family members, we can't afford to risk going there any more.

We have been their many times eating in & pickup food service as well.
The food is amazing/ awesome, it never let's them down.
Whatever you get will be better & bigger than what you expected.
The staff are polite & friendly always with a smile.
The food is always cooked on the premises.
I ring& ask what & snacks, food are available b4 i make the long drive from Pakenham.
They will take my name & number and put the item in the fridge so they are not sold n4 I get there.
There Vanilla Slices are $10 but we cut them in half & have half/half each they are huge. The size of the Muffins, they are double the normal size anywhere else so I don't mind paying $5

The servings are really generous and aesthetically pleasing! The staff are soooo nice and helpful!? Really enjoyed dining in!

Have been here in the past. Food and service was average. Will never be going back again as today was going to purchase something but all staff no masks. Rang to make complaint was told by manager that its to hard to communicate with them on. I work in the food industry as well and have to wear mine never have I heard such a pathetic excuse.

Very busy cafe, so booking a table is advised. The food arrived in fairly quick time even during the holiday lunch rush. The eggs with smoked salmon was creamy, buttery and a deceptively large serving. The little presentation touches like toasted seeds and daikon elevate Sugar Buns from local cafe to artful, creative cuisine on a budget. Then of course there are the Monster Shakes, which are a sweet meal on their own. As the place is busy, this cafe is not for quiet conversation. Kid friendly. Easy disability access.

Brunch @sugarbunsbakerycafe Boys absolutely love their mega shakes, burger and hot cakes.

I had to try the mega biscoff hot chocolate, I have never had one before. This was such a unique and amazing hot chocolate. I love that it was topped with a large cookie and fairy floss. Definitely a must try.

@sugarbunsbakerycafe is a perfect place to take the kids out especially for school holidays. They would love the mega shakes and delicious food.

Amazing food and service. Presentation was spectacular.
My partner and I ordered the fried chicken burger, veggie burger, nutella pistachio mega shake and pumpkin spice latte. Both burgers were cooked to perfection - chicken was tender and crispy as so was the veggie burger. We had to take the shake home as it was too much to finish which was fine. Will be coming back! Thankyou.

A very extravagant brunch experience at Sugar Buns! No other way to describe it than a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Portions are huge!

FOOD: We loved their weekly specials of biscoff hotcakes and maple pork hock waffles - both immensely flavourful and loaded, with eggs cooked to perfection too! Their signature double fried chicken burger was also crispy and well seasoned.

DRINKS: Their biscoff hot chocolate was also a highlight, though it should be noted that the actual drink tasted more like a chai or gingerbread latte rather than chocolate. Their mega chocolate pistachio thickshake was - as expected- massive, and laden with chocolate in all its forms! It was a little too sweet if you're not the biggest chocolate fan, but very kind of them to give us a takeaway milkshake cup to take the leftover home.

All in all, had a great experience in this bustling local hub and would return if I'm in the area again!

I visited this place this morning and WOW!
Presentation was Amazing, Food was fantastic! I was speechless at the time/effort taken to make amazing "never seen before" milkshakes! I will be recommending this place to everyone!

Milkshakes not what they were a few years ago. No fairy floss, just mixed lollies and colored popcorn shoved on top.

Amazing customer experience, friendly family vibe. Really great coffee, if it wasn’t a 5 star rating before which is it, love what they are doing with Vegan deserts, catering for the new world️

The chocolate mini shake was amazing and worth the money same as the bubble gum one.they might need to try cleaning the tables a little bit more because it was sticky but the food and service was a 10.

Breaky is really good and coffee isn't too bad either. Staff are really polite and table service really good too.
Would recommend coming here as a couple or with the kids as well.

The place is an organisational mess
I’m waiting in queue by the cash register to be served for my takeaway coffee and food when a manager or someone asks if I’m after something, I tell him I’m wanting to order a takeaway coffee and he sends me to stand at the please wait to be seated sign at the front of the shop, in the meantime multiple customers cut the queue to pay for their bills, about 5 minutes later the same manager or staff member hastily asked me over the coffee machine what coffee I was having which I told him when I ask about food he said there is a 30 minute wait on the food which isn’t great but they are busy so I understand, they then ask me to stand out front the cafe in the middle of a shopping centre thoroughfare with no place to sit or stand out the way, to their credit the coffee came out within 5 minutes which was nice but the cup was a mess and had roughly the same temperature as the sun which wasn’t pleasant and the coffee is quite average

To sum up the food looked really amazing and the milkshakes also looked great the wait time was really good everything else was mediocre to quite abysmal

If you want take away coffee at this place prepare to wait a long time. It’s a shame as the coffee is decent. Would be great if they focused on making their take away services more efficient.

Quite rude and angry staff. She was taking my order while she was cleaning the floor, when she came to the counter to take the order I thought she’ll wash her hand but didn’t happened and she grabbed the coffee glass and wrote the order on it. The coffee wasn’t too bad but overpriced.
