Stunning Nails

The one star is not towards the quality of the service as I never made it that far. I had an appointment for 1: 30 and waited over an hour before leaving. The woman I talked with was kind to me but could not give me an answer as to how much longer my wait would be. Waiting over an hour after my appointment was supposed to start is ridiculous. What is the point of calling in and scheduling an appointment?

Fantastic service and care. I was gifted a manicure and pedicure through Coupon and was a bit nervous due to some of the reviews I read but I was amazed by the result and the treatment I received. The girls working are lovely and look after you so well. They're friendly and look after you beautifully. Nails look amazing!

I made an appt and was on the way to get there almost 2 hr but they did a mistake and did not booked properly. They didn't care and not even apologize. They make me wait 1: 30 hr.

The keratin treatment: the use chemicals, it small really bad. My eyes was burning and i felt dizzy even when i used musk and my jacket.it is not keratin treatment its straitening! I was shocked to fined that my curly hair was gone, even if i asked her before (over the phone and in the salon) to make sure its not a straightening. Thats a shame to do it to an innocent costumer.

As for the place- its all dirty, they brush my hair with brush full of hair.
Make yourself a favor and don't go there

Had a pedicure done today. I had a Groupon voucher. Didn’t read the fine print that said an extra $3 would be charged to remove nail polish from my toes. Sounds excessive to me and penny pinching. It took her not even a minute to remove it. I have never ecconuntered this ever. So if you have a Groupon voucher make sure you remove your own nail polish before you go. It’s not all that cheaper when you have the $3 added. This is my second voucher and they didn’t ask for it the first time. When I mentioned this, she said that the person doing my nails must have forgotten to charge me. Apart from that, it was a good pedicure.

I booked in for a gel mani-pedi the other day and overall I was impressed with the outcome. The lady who did my nails was very pleasant and she did a great job. However, I booked an appointment for 5pm and didn't get seen to until after 5.30pm which I wasn't happy about as I had other appointments that evening.i understand they try and accomodate walk-ins but priority should lie with the people who make appointments. The salon was quite crowded and could have been cleaner. I understand it being busy with Christmas etc.but definitely think it would make a huge difference if they had a more relaxed vibe to the salon as it seems the rest of the girls do great work too. I would definitely go back but would look elsewhere first as I don't like to be sitting on top of people when I am getting my nails done. It was just too busy for me!

Why do they have to leave and next person takes over without knowing where the previous person has left the task at.

Have seen the girls talking in Chinese and making fun of customers.
