Service is good but they are not punctual.my appointment was at 5PM and they made me wait for 30 minutes.

Love the ladies at Stunning nails, specially Nancy and Daisy. I get my nails, lashes and hair done here. Thank you for always accommodating me.

We had an appointment today at 3.30, we were not served until 4.30, and we weren't finished until 6.30. My friends nails are lumpy and badly done. While we were there another lady had to leave after about an hour of waiting because they didn't have enough staff on hand. I understand half an hour of waiting or so, but an hour was excessive and annoying. Lots of sitting around and waiting for staff to serve other people at the same time, which would be ok but after it took half an hour of waiting, we started to get a bit frustrated. Staff were a little rude/standoffish as well I guess.

Very good experience at Stunning nails. I got my gel manicure done today. The place is decent amd girls are nice and friendly. Good service for the price. Highly recommend using Groupon coupons for booking. Will surely visit again.

I was waiting for over an hour to get my nails done, sns nails were lumpy and shockingly done i would never come back here again and weren’t friendly 0/5 also very stinky

I had super strong and long nails before I went into this store. They cut my nails very short and uneven and put gel on. The gel is terrible as it’s lumpy and my nails feel so weak. I only got them done 2 days ago and they have already chipped. Will not be back

Amazing service, lady was super nice and talked me through my first lash lift. She gave me a blanket and I was so comfortable I fell asleep! Happy with the result and experience - thank you:)

Have had my nails done here so many times for formals and just in general and am always sooo happy with the results! However even if i make a booking I have often had to sit waiting for up to half an hour after my appointment before I get served. Apart from this, absolutely love the place!

Such lovely staff! They were very thorough and did a great job on my nails. Very happy with the service I received:)

Staff not fully qualified takes very long time and they won’t apologise for their mistakes
They cut corners big time which can affect their service
And they rarely talk to u while ur there but will talk to ea other like they r home chatting away
I think for business they all need to speak English so they can engage with their clients much better

I’ve been coming here since the shop opened. I’ve always been very pleased with the quality of my nails and their service.

Service was good. Yes it did take a while for my mani pedi to be completed but the place was very busy when we arrived. My 4 year old was treated to having her nails painted and she was absolutely chuffed. Mrs Peruzzo.

Very disappointed with Stunning Nails. It was very slow service and I got a pink sparkly shellac colour. She said I would need a darker colour underneath so the sparkle would look better. It looked nice afterwards however the next day, the pink sparkle all smudged off and all you could see underneath was a yellow colour. My nails looks disgusting. Will not be going back there.

Affordable. Had eyebrows threading done and it was a lot cheaper than where I used to get it. I hope they can tidy up the place more though.

I was just about to book for my nails with my daughter and I read the reviews that didn't worry me, what worried me was the owner is very rude and aggressive with his response, not professional at all.

Best service, price and friendliness. I travel over 40kms to have a pedicure spa and haircut. They are always busy and can be await on Saturday's, but it is worth it!

I have used this place in the past for both mani/pedi & lash extensions. On both occasions, I had groupon vouchers, and I followed the instructions to make a booking (voucher gives option of phone call or sending a text). The first time I phoned, and after a long discussion with someone who sounded very young, and had minimal English, I made a booking for the mani/pedi. Showed up at the set time, had to wait at least 10 mins, but the job was sufficient. Not fantastic or wow, but not rubbish either.
The second time for the lashes, I chose to use the text option to book as its more convenient for me. I sent my message around lunch time, received the response quite late in the afternoon (I'm guessing after closing time, but it was ok), and we settled on a time and date. Again, I showed up about 10 mins prior to the agreed time on the correct day, only to be told they had no record of my appointment - even when i showed them the text conversation I had had the week prior, they claimed they couldn't do me. After a long discussion in what I'm guessing was Mandarin between 2 of the staff, they said if I waited 30 minutes, someone could see me. Being that I was getting the lashes for a specific event, and this was the only afternoon I had spare, I waited. Again, the service itself was fine - not amazing, but good.
About 1 week ago, I purchased a Groupon voucher for a hair cut, half head of foils & 'treatment'. Again, i took the option of sending a text to make my booking, again it was a case of them taking about 6 hours to respond. I'd asked for a specific time, they responded saying 'yes, can you give your full name' - which I provided and heard nothing more. So I assumed my booking was placed. Based on my prior experience with this store, I decided on the day before my booking, to phone to confirm my booking. Lo & behold when I phoned they said 'sorry, we've no record of your booking'. I asked 'Well, can I come at that time' - again after a long discussion in Mandarin among lots of giggles and laughing by the person on the phone, I was finally told I could come at 12 (30 minutes after the time I had initially requested). While it was slightly inconvenient, I was able to reshuffle my afternoon, and took the appointment.
Later that night, I really felt unhappy about the situation, and felt distrust that I would be treated properly, and receive a proper cut/colour etc so I decided to cancel. I attempted to phone the store (they were still open according to their website trading hours) only for the phone to ring out.
Basically, don't waste your time on this place unless you're happy to wait or don't need to book a specific time.
Why bother allowing customers to book via a text message, if the details aren't carried across to the date book? I won't be visiting again - its simply not worth the drama.
And I cannot wait for the owner to comment back to me about how wonderful their store is like seems to happen on every negative post about this business.

NO STERILIZATION at all and unhygienic! Just terrifying and horible services, it’s your bad luck if you ever contacted hepatitis or even HIV from such places. It’s actually smt we can do about this Be Wise With Your Choice Ladies!

I got my hair done with the keratin treatment here and I only had slightly wavy hair before and the treatment just did not workout for me hardly made any difference i asked them about it and they said it doesn’t make hair straight just makes it a bit frizz free and easier to style so basically no point I wasted over around 170 dollars with no helpful change.
