Stunning Nails

The ladies are very lovely but they were too busy for my appointment.
I only booked yesterday but made suggestions for today, Friday and Saturday.
I had also planned to get a manicure and pedicure.
I arrived at 1: 45 and left at 3: 45pm just for an eye lash lift.
The nice girl who had done it was so busy she didn’t do it properly so I have one eye lifted and the other not lifted.
I was told to not use my voucher and come back in a weeks time and they’d do a better job. But after I left they’ve processed the voucher I had texted through to confirm my appointment.
My lashes are ruined and I’m very unhappy! If I were you pay the extra money and go to a proper place and get it done right the first time. I always love to support small businesses but not ones that get greedy and don’t do a proper job.

I spent $390 dollars for my eyebrows. I am disabled, & I have care & support workers to help me. When I finally got through to the business Manager, she only offered me $250 dollar’s back. Which she got back eventually to me, after fighting for a refund. I want the remaining money please. I am happy to show photos of my eyebrows again. I am still owed $140 dollars, probably a lot more due to stress. I believe I have a good case. I will pursue this.

If you love your money, don't go stunning nails.very bad experience for hair smoothening.total waste of money.

Very disappointed with keratin treatment …they really don’t know about it as your hair gets back to the original just after one wash… basically they don’t know any of the hair treatment and make excuses if you go back and complain…

Excellent service and very reasonable. Daisy and Hirari did my Pedicure and Keratin hair straightening. I am really happy with the results. Totally recommend them and I will definitely be back even though that means traveling 40kms one way

Had a deluxe manicure pedicure with my mum today. Cannot recommended Stunning Nails more highly! The ladies were efficient, professional and their attention to detail was impeccable! We walked out so happy with our beautiful nails. We will be back again!

I used a Groupon for this salon to have brow tint and lamination for an outrageously good price! My brows I look amazing and I was so impressed with every staff member who all sounded lovely and had great rapport with customers. I’m sorry I forget the name of the lady who did my brows but she offered excellent advice and I’m coming back again for more services. I hadn’t used a Groupon for a while as I’ve had average experiences in the past but I was really happy with this!

Best eyelash lift and tint I've ever had, as well as acrylic nails. They don't rush and are super accomodating.

Got sns manicure and pedicure it's just a sloopy job the nails r uneven and on my way home I found myself picking little sharp bits off of them

The worst experience ever! I made a reservation for 4pm, waited for 10 minutes and no one served. I asked a staff how long I have to wait, she said 5 minutes. And 5 minutes later, another staff told me another 20-25 minutes need to be wait. What’s the meaning of making the appointment?

My girlfriend and I came here for the deluxe manicure pedicure package (from Scoopon). Was my first ever mani-pedi and loved it. My girlfriend has done many and loved it too. Great service and professionalism from the entire team. Highly recommend, and looking forward to coming back!

Been going to them for more than 6 years now, tried many other nail salons but never found their replacement. They are friendly, always offer to help selecting a color for me (biggest challenge otherwise), professional and best thing is that their product quality is very good! I've gone to other places and my SNS cracked or chipped really quickly but never the case with Stunning Nails. Love them and highly recommend <3

The staff are very sweet but go somewhere else to get a lash lift. I did one here and there was no curl to the lashes at all. I actually came back the next day and they did try re-doing them, but again, no noticable difference from my usual lashes.
It was also really uncomfortable - I've had a lash lift/perm at 4 or 5 other places and never experienced so much poking and prodding as this one, I was pretty disappointed to not even have results after the experience.

Friendly staff with great skill! I've had my manicure and pedicure and they've done a fantastic job. They have facial and beauty services too, my eye brows were perfect when I walked out!

OMG, it was horrible experience on the 9th of December.
The lady with glasses did pedicure and manicure for me and she made me bleeding while she was cleaning cuticles on my toe. Also It was so hurt every time when she sharpened my nails on my hands and feet. I was literally screaming when she was sharpening my nails with a nail file.and the quality is so poor (see the photos) LMAO.
Now I am suffering from my big toe because she cut my nail toe too short for the left feet. I am really worried it might become ingrown toenail.

Had the best pedicure experience at Stunning Nails, done very thoroughly and with care. Exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Will always come back here.

I had a fantastic manicure and pedicure from Vivian. The ladies were all very friendly and Vivians careful service and attention to detail was second to none. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I got glam lashes put in from a groupon. As soon as I went home I felt an itch in my right eye. When I woke up my eye was swollen over and painful. I went to the doctor and I had an infection from the bacteria of the tools or extensions from this place. I have tried to call many times but they don’t pick up. I have medical certificates, photos, everything to show them what they did. Now all the eyelashes fell out of the infected eye, so I have one glam eye and one bald eye. I’ve already filed a complaint with the council and hopefully they will get a health inspector in soon.
