Stunning Nails

I had done keratin treatment from this store and told that this will last for up to 3 months. After my first hair wash after three days of treatment made my hair to my old texture and even more dry and frizzy. I don’t understand what’s the point of paying 150$ for this. It didn’t even last a week. It’s terrible guys please don’t get cheated by the deals in Groupon. Not recommended. Just a request to owner and staffs, please don’t cheat people.

I have had my SNS manicure done there for more than two years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Daisy, Irene, Hilary - all manicurists working there are lovely. My absolutely favourite is Hilary. Always professional, always happy to advise, always with a smile. Thank you, ladies!

Absolutely terrible professionalism. No clear communication.in recent Covid times place is so dirty. Chairs are not wiped and no disinfection done between customers. Waited 2 hrs and had to walk out without service.

It is terribly understaffed and both manicure and pedicure were not done properly. No attention to detail and felt like such a waste of money.

The ladies are so incredibly happy to help. All my treatments have been fantastic, long lasting. I have never been so delighted to be pampered as when I’m having my nails done by Ven & Hilary. Ven is gentle, soft spoken, and so lovely a lady. Ven is my regular girl.
The manager Daisy is always inviting & happy to help. The salon is clean, very affordable & a relaxing atmosphere is always prevalent. I highly recommend Stunning Nails, Glen Huntly. You will be pampered with a professional manicure & pedicure every time.

I went in for a lash lift and tint and have left with damaged eyelashes. The lifting serum was left on for half an hour which has caused my lashes to be over processed. I think the woman left me to do someone else’s nails and the serum should not be left on for more than 10 minutes. My lashes were stiff, like spider legs, and were sticking to my eyelids. I had to pay $150 for someone to fix them and was told that my lashes have been damaged, and will have to wait for regrowth. The salon felt very dirty, with the TV crackling and the salon smelled like boiled rice.
Would not recommend as you will walk out with broken eyelashes.

EDIT: I was there 4: 00pm on Sunday 20/12/20 and left at around 5: 30pm.

Thank you to Hilary who is a legend for putting up with my requests. Such a talented group of ladies, so clean and so much attention to detail. Could not be happier!

I went yesterday for the first time and had a gel manicure. I am very happy with the quality of the polish itself. Unfortunately the lady tore my skin twice when performing cuticle care, and I was not offered a refund, discount or voucher to remedy this. The lady was lovely, and had been working for 4 years there, so I could tell she was surprised that this happened. But I don't know if I'll go back

In short, this was by far the worst place I have been too. I made a booking for 5.30 and after a long wait (I did query the staff a few times) 2 walk ins were then attended too before myself.if they were running behind schedule they should have advised.a 50 minute wait after the booking time is unacceptable. I walked out and will not go back again

Keratin lash lift and tint - did not work at all. No lift OR tint what so ever. Very disappointing. I’ve had lash lift and tint before at other salons so I know what it should look like. A total waste of money.

Love my gel manicure, great quality and service.

I bought a deal from Groupon for hair treatment and cut and I'm pretty sure that they are not qualified for hairdressing. The place is not set up for hairdressing and they do not have any quality hairdressing equipments, they used scissors for paper. They didn't use high quality hair products and even when asked they didn't give me any answers to my questions. Also staff do not understand English. I believe all the staff are not qualified as hairdressers.

The salon is very clean and hygiene.
Very trained with eyelash extensions. Highly recommend.

I was really impressed with their skills and all of the workers were committed and talented. Really affordable prices and outstanding results.

Thank you so much for the lovely service and mani/ pedi! I had a groupon and the staff were so kind. They accommodated me - even though I didn't have an appointment and because they were quiet two women worked together to do both services and they helped me pick the colours and look I wanted.

Then I dozed away for an hour on the massage pedi chair and woke up to beautiful nails! Really happy. Recommend the team highly - they are usually busy but you can feel how they care about their customers and the quality of service they provide. Thanks again!

I went to get my nails done at the very last minute. They usually close at 7 and I went towards the end when they were all busy. The lady went beyond and above for the customer service and did my nails after her working hours. She was there alone doing my nails till 8: 30pm. Her husband and son came to pick her because she was so late. She still was so passionate and did not hurry at all with her work and did an amazing job with my nails! Mind you I had the tiniest nail in the word and she made it beautiful! Thank you Daisy! I will keep coming!

This place is an absolute joke!

I purchased a Groupon voucher for mani pedi and it was completely misleading and on top of that the staff are so rude. The owner literally yelled at me and refused to do my nails.

The voucher clearly states that it costs $15 extra for extensions however! This is the plastic tip only! It’s an extra $15 to fill the nail. What a piece of rubbish.

Do not waste your money at this place!
