Stumpy Gully Vineyard and Restaurant

Thanks for making our daughter’s wedding a happy, friendly, joyful and relaxed celebration. Every one of the 100 people who attended has a terrific time. The ambiance of the setting, the terrific food and wine, and the helpful and efficient staff combined to provide a truly memorable occasion. Daniel and Lauren, it was a pleasure to deal with you, , throughout the planning, preparation and as well as during the wedding. We would thoroughly recommend Stumpy Gully as a great wedding venue, and we will definitely call in to the restaurant in the not too distant future. Our daughter and son in law are already talking about how they would like to do it all again.

Went for lunch 2nd Feb. 2019 on a very hot day on the Mornington Peninsula. Food was excellent as was the wine & service. We enjoyed all our courses but we loved the Free range pork cheek, daikon, white nectarine, tamarind and Milawa Confit Duck Leg, liver parfait, macadamia, orange, witlof. Service was excellent as were the prices, can't wait until we return

Stumpy Gully is the best winery on the Peninsula. The food, ambience and service is first Class. Patrons buy their wines especially the fortified Savon Blanc.
Will definitely be returning!

I loved this winery. We had a tasting and then lunch. Wines were amazing and so was lunch. I had the best risotto I have EVER had. Delicious! Service was good in both cellar door and restaurant.

Beautiful setting, good local wine selection for tasting and helpful friendly service. Thanks Ross, Ella and Lauren for making it so much fun. Enjoyed the two course lunch offering and was really impressed with the food. Loved all the local produce incl coastal garnishes/herbs. Cooked to perfection. Every mouthful a delight. Not the least expensive option but an absolute pleasure! Will definitely go again.

Great little find this one. Can't believe it's been here this long and we hadn't heard about it.

Loved the food here had three course selection and couldn’t fault it! On top of my list, definitely going back.

We had booked well in advance for a special occasion and had advised we would 3 Vegetarians which we were told would not be a problem. We found foil on the blue cheese from the Pear salad entree - no apology from staff once we notified them. For mains the Vegetarians were told the chef would "make them a vegie surprise", I said I really didn't want just a bowl of vegetables (off the meat dish sides) and would be happy to just have the salad & roast potatoes, the waitress followed up with us again assuring us it would be good and I felt pressured to order the Vegie main which I did.then whilst having a break outside with the children, we all overheard someone from the kitchen yell out 'F**** vegetarians. '. Not what you want to hear when you are about to eat the food! And yes it was a big bowl of over cooked mushed vegetables that was very sad and inedible. As a Vego for 35yrs I'm used to having only risotto or a vegie stack as a meal option but this really felt like no effort and no care was given. I guess just like the words that came out of the kitchen!

Loved the food here! Had three courses and couldn't fault any of it! Had a shared pork belly and figs to start! Figs were AMAZING! Everything was cooked perfect! Would recommend ringing ahead just in case for food but rang and booked 30 mins before arriving and had no issue! Also got to do a mini tasting when we couldn't decide on wine which made me like the place more as the man on the tasting was lovely and gave genuine recommendations rather than selling us the most expensive bottle!
Ill be back!

Regardz restaurant was excellent the main meals were absolutely delicious and deserts were the best my friends and I loved it and service was great. Will be back.
