Good alternative shop to Bunnings and others. Bad communication, properly because they are a chain company with a national phone number, online ordering system, yet not enough floor staff.

Excellent to deal with.
I took a piece of my fence in and they not only told me it wasn't their fence but they told me who made my fence.
And then printed off the name and address for me.
Kinda felt bad I couldn't get anything from them

I submitted a quote before Christmas (even have the quote receipt) and still haven’t heard back. Would have been good business for them but obviously they weren’t interested. We had a few other things like a carport and pergola we wanted done but I guess we’ll just have to go elsewhere.

After sending our ideas of what we would like to achieve to cover our existing deck area to Stratco Deer Park on line they were very quick to contact us and after listening to my ideas, suggested that I take some measurements and a few photos and take a trip to there showroom to get a better idea of their products and service's.
