Great products however Customer service could be better, not sure if that was because they seemed under staffed. The staff need to be mindful that novice customers lack technical information on even products that are DIY (not all customers walking in are professional trades experts)

Placed a request for quote 2 months ago. Contacted them one month ago to see how long it would take to get a quote, no reply. Go elsewhere.

I have been working in the building industry for 27 years. I have never faced such terrible service and rude staff before coming to Deer Park Stratco. Big mistake to come here.

Tried to ring the store and they never answer. Call goes to the head office and they say they will send the store a message to call back but nothing. I ended up going into the store and placed an order and was told it would be ready in 2 days. 4 days later and no call from the store. I called the store and once again they didn't answer and I routed to the head office. They advised me my order was ready to pick up so I drove down. When I got there only 1/3 of my order was ready and I then had to wait another week for the remaining parts of my order.

Wow, DIYer heaven. In-store displays to get your creative juices flowing, and plenty of material to get you out of trouble (or into it). Great range of sheds, pergolas, in fact anything outdoorsy.

We were approached by a rude male sales assistant over the weekend who aggressively threatened my father (who was wearing a mask at the time) stating if you don't wear a mask, get out. My father was confused, scared and unsure as to why he was treated this way when he in fact was wearing his mask. Terrible service by your staff member on a power trip!
