Greatly appreciate the help by Scott H in getting my order together. His patience and knowledge helped enormously in making my custom shed project a reality.

Store representative appeared incredibly disinterested. Stated that he had not been to a certain section of the store in 6 months. Stated that the store sells $20,000-$30,000 patios, insinuating its a waste of his time for stratco to sell brushwood roll screens. He pointed out a random product on a nearby shelf and stated: 'like what's that'.
Very unprofessional. Definitely won't be utilising stratco's business.

The customer service is horrible, with even worse communication. This was our second time shopping here; the last time was in 2019, and we thought the service was bad then, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the man who served us was having a bad day. We were served by the same man recently, and I'm surprised he has a customer-facing role. Got our order wrong, didn’t communicate or update us on the progress, just lacking basic customer service skills. The only positive part of the whole experience was the lady who answers the phone.

Called into store to look at products and get some ideas, Spoke with Scott and got so much more than I had expected. He spent time with me going over plans and offering suggestions, he provided a quote but was definitely not pushy. He was so helpful that we have decided to purchase all products from the store instead of shopping around for different suppliers.
Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ridiculous how I come to pick up an online order, standing in front of it and can't take it due to "head office can't release it yet" you have to wait for the text. Order placed near 4 hours ago. The product is in front of me in the shop, with tons available. Store manager is no help at all Deer Park. Very disappointed. Thanks for wasting my time driving all the way.

Wanted to but an art room frame for my wife who is disabled, the operator said that they do it and I just have to put the thing together, put me through to Stratco in Deer Park and the person answering the phone said that they do not do this.

Well all I can say is, this is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with! They are pathetic, unorganised and a lame excuse of a company!
On the 17th of November I placed an order for a piece of Flashing for my gazebo, until this very day I am still waiting. The amount of different lies and excuses I've heard is beyond me. I will definitely will not be shopping here again nor will I be recommending family and friends to Stratco. I've been promised days when it's arriving, then it magically gets lost, they can't find it, then it's actually never been made, or there is no worker's at the factory to roll the Flashing due to covid and the the latest one they've ran out of my colour I've selected. The installer has had enough with me arranging a day and time to install this Flashing where now he is not even going to help me with it. All because of a company with empty promises and lack of communication and service. WHAT A REGRETTABLE DECISION TO USE STRATCO!

I purchased some ambient blinds from stratco deer park on sat 12/11/22 Kenny vong was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product which made my experience easier

I went into Stratco to get a fence, obviously Stratco because let’s be honest, although we all know they’re pricy - they’re worth every penny.
I was met by Scott who asked me for details of the existing fence which took me 4 trips back and forth to finalise the fence I needed - (my fault as I’m a complete novice)!
Each trip to Stratco and there was Scott ready to handle every question I threw at him.
Each and every time, he’d patiently explain how the various parts worked, showed me examples and then gave me real life advice about the installation process.
He didn’t rush me, took the time to not only tell me what I needed but the reasoning as to WHY I needed certain parts and how it all worked together.
I’m so appreciative of Scott, who not only had all the knowledge I needed but also provided the perfect customer service experience.

Called into their Deer Park branch today to get a quote on a new awning. Came away one happy chappy and a bit poorer for the experience. Great bunch of blokes working in the show room. They really couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.

Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the future.

Came into store yesterday and I have to admit the customer service I received was really great. The staff were helpful and had an answer for all of my questions! Definitely will be returning for future projects.
