Kenny is the best.very patient with my order although there were some dramas. We changed idea several times, but he was always there to help.appreciated.

For many years I’m dealing with Stratco, and there are reasons why I always going back. Shikha is the best in the west, she understands me without me talking. Great guys are working there, I do recommend them highly.

We had a patio delivered. All ordered and quoted online. We had a covid lockdown in place.
The patio was delivered and we installed it ourselves. Delivery driver was freindly patio was great all went together no problems.

Surprised by the friendly service offered. It took a bit of time to find someone to assist me, but when I did, the staff member was friendly and offered prompt service (even though it was quite visible that the place was understaffed at the time, lots of other people waiting as well). The great service made up for the lack of staff.

Surprised to find out that they are SA company. Saw there products over there. But hopefully we can get them here.

Completely understaffed. Waited over half an hour to ask a simple question to which we didnt get much help. Left and went to Bunnings.

I highly recommend Stratco Deer Park. I purchased a shed from them, the staff were amazing and could not be anymore helpful in design, price, build through to delivery. It’s been a week since I purchased the Stratco saver 7 piece Manhattan outdoor setting. Each time I sit outside I think “I need to write a review”. Ross was amazing from start to finish. I was very unsure about purchasing a cheaper option for my outdoor setting, thinking it would look “cheap”. Well, It surely doesn’t. I have a small backyard and when I provided him the measurements and my colour scheme, he assured me that this would be the perfect match.and it definitely is! Thank you Ross for taking your time with my uncertainty and numerous questions. I will definitely be returning. The service was impeccable and he managed to get me a same day delivery which was an added bonus and very appreciated. Again, thank you.

I highly recommend stratco deer park.l purchased a classic cooldek pergola kit. Scott Hyland could not have been more helpful in the design, colour selection and engineering information as well as assisting with the information that the council required. Sahi the delivery driver also went out of his way helping me with putting the kit into the side access of my property.l could not be more pleased with the service they provided.
