Purchased ezy-slat powder coated fencing and gates for the front of our new home as well as a garden shed. These were new products for us and it was thanks to the professional and friendly support offered by Luke at Stratco Epping that we ended up with an easily constructed and great looking result. Luke provided excellent customer service regarding arranging installation of a handi made shed. He happily organised a refund of one shed when we changed our minds in only having one installed. Highly recommend Luke and Stratco.

This will be the last time I ever return to this particular store. The amount of staff per customer leaves you waiting for far to long! The staff are not to blame, Management need to sort this out.

So i went in and asked if it was possible to adjust a section of our Stratco pergola and the sales guy says you can but it might fall down, someone might die and you could be thrown in jail. Maybe your sheds fall down in wind but mine dont. I dont find this type of sales technique very friendly or rational.its threatening and onerous. Im gonna build it out of timber now, thanks.

Have had the need to purchase many different products from Stratco over the years. Although I’ve been served by many different people in this time it has always been with a high level of professionalism and knowledge.

Delivered the wrong item and really horrible customer service. Some of the sheets that was delivered was not cut properly. Only reason i have not set the review to 1 star is because at least they were nice enough to deliver for free for their mistake.
