A big shout-out to Steve the delivery driver from the Epping store. Steve contacted me about an hour before he arrived and when he did arrive he brought not only my shed but a pleasant demeanour and a "can-do" attitude. The unloading was handled extremely professionally, Steve assisted with moving the bulkier items to the rear of the property and ensured that follow up regarding missing flashing from the order was undertaken (the flashing arrived later the same day via courier). Great work Steve!

Our Stratco shed was significantly damaged during the recent wind storms. As part of my insurance claim, I needed a quote to replace and install a new shed and remove the old one. I spoke with Daniel Singleton and within 24 hours I had a quote that I could take to my insurance company. Excellent and thorough service and I very much appreciate Daniel's assistance.

Really happy, arrived and unloaded and placed by Darren exactly where I wanted it. I deal with lots of truck drivers, Darren was superb. What else can I purchase? Yet to assemble but so far really impressed. First time buyer.

Ross Thomas-Averis at Stratco Epping was super helpful in assisting me to get my order right which can sometimes be difficult when you can't see the product in person. Ross went as far as taking pictures of the fence posts I was after and sending them through to help with my decision. We were even able to get them powder coated to match my existing gutters. I couldn't be happier with the service and the product.

It's been a great experience all they way purchasing my Carport from Stratco Ferntree Gully. A special mention has to go to Michael down there who really helped me out, especially when it came to arranging delivery to a difficult address. From there l didn't think it could get better, but when the truck rocked up today (rite on time by the way), l was greeted by Darren who was not only extremely friendly and accommodating but when presented with the difficulty of my driveway he didn't even bat an eyelid and somehow with great skill put the carport exactly where l needed it! During lockdown it is very difficult to get what you want without going into a store. Not knowing what I needed for my DIY job, I contacted Stratco to find a solution for my job. Corey was amazing as he helped me from start to finish and making it easy to get the right products. It’s friendly service and advice like this that really made it easy to complete my job.
