We had a very unpleasant experience with Stratco shed installer “ George” bad customer service, no manner, angry, impolite.
We would not recommend the service.

Having to deal with the production team and dispatch staff is a dream. Very customer friendly and focused on getting it right. Particular mention to the manager Sam. Great effort team

Sam is a highly professional driver. He managed to reverse his rig up a steep, narrow and slippery driveway to unload the material he delivered for us. We'll done Sam.

Was really impressed with the service by Toni on turning around my online query into a quote. Got a call for clarification and then the quote within about an hour.

Paid in Nov but no delivery, no call, no email, took the money and sent me a receipt and also wanted to ask me for my feedback. Phone calls and visits didn't help.
Asked for refund but no response for over a week and had to call. It is a nightmare and if I could give them zero star, I would have.

Thought the service and support from Straco was first class. Thanks to Annette for getting us out of a jam and deliverng the fence so it could be installed prior to Christmas.

The sweeper I bought was what I expected, and the price was very competitive. The gentleman who attended to me was very courteous and helpful.

Poor customer service, went on Saturday to quote a job and the staff couldn’t care less. If you are under staff it is better not to open the doors, we waited at least 30min for a 2 minutes quote that didn’t even make sense to us, we were after professional advice didn’t get any of that.

Brought my shed through the Epping store over the phone and dealt with Dan and Corey Hawking and I’ve got to say I’m very happy with the product and extremely happy with the staff I’ve mentioned, there were some hiccups but they were rectify immediately and when I called up the office they were always more than willing to help with any questions I had.
Keep up the good work guys and I’m definitely buying my bigger shed from you guys cheers.

Just want to say a big thank you to Jonathan Cheng who have been helping us from the start of this ongoing project, He has been extremely professional, knowlegeable, helpful, patient and always on top of everything. We've had quite a few changes along the way and he's been really patient in dealing with everyone of them, It;s been a great experience for us at Stratco because of the awesome service we have received from Jonathan.
