My husband and I ordered through Scott and we cannot thank him enough for everything he did for us. Nothing was a hassle and always a pleasure to speak with him.
We have received our shed today from Steve who dropped it were we wanted and genuinely such a great guy.
Looking forward to installing our new shed.

On Saturday 14th -I emailed a request to Stratco for a quote on a pergola for our Sporting Club, within 20 minutes I received a phone call from Ross eager to help me with my design and specification for a Pergola design, understood our needs and provided suggestions to improve what we were looking at. Within the hour I received the quote along with design drawings exactly how I described it-WOW. I have rang Ross couple times since with some follow up questions also helpful. I sent out similar email to 2 other company's asking for quote - 6 days on no reply.
Well done Ross and Stratco- I suggest in future go straight to Stratco forget any others.

Luke was fabulous at following up with me on the inverter cover coming back in stock. I’d been enquiring for a couple of weeks and he came back to me without any prompts when it came back in stock. I’m so happy!

I have been working with Jonathan Cheng now for a number of months for the purchase of an Outback Gable Patio. Jonathan has been very helpful throughout the process. Now the raw material have arrived Jonathan is now providing the "how to" support as I begin to build the patio. This is what I call Customer Support!

Unfortunately the movers miss placed the shelving clips for my Stratco metal cabinet, A quick email to Luke who sent my back a photo to confirm shelf clip style and then popped them in the mail for me. What a legend. Cannot recommend Stratco higher. This was such a petty issue, but it was dealt with just as if I placed an order for a pergola or shed. Thanks Luke and the team.

We ordered a screen from Stratco and right from the start Daniel Singleton picked up our order, was extremely friendly and helped to place and double check the order. Throughout the process he kept us updated and promptly called if needed. We had an issue with the delivery of the product and Daniel was on to it straight away, came up with solutions for us and after checking on our approval got the job done quickly. He was a pleasure to deal with.

We have a mark 1 Stratco remote controlled louvered roof. In December 2020 we experienced a torrential rain and the controller was drenched making it unserviceable. Several calls to Stratco agents were made with little useful information gained - wouldn't tell me installers names, advised that non current models were not serviced nor parts available.had no service agents that could be contacted etc etc. This went on for a couple of months until we made contact with Luke O'Neil a Stratco customer service manager - a guy who obviously likes his job and really wanted to assist given our experience. Photos were sent to Luke making identification of the controller certain. He advised it was a superseded model and would be very difficult to locate one. He asked me to hang on for a few days whilst he checked his network. True to his word came back with good news - a second hand unit was found which he express posted to me - got the next day with resetting instructions. I believe Luke went out of his way to find the unit. Good work - if only Stratco had more Luke's then Stratco could claim to be a customer oriented company which it isn't now. Re assess Luke and move him to a position where his skills can be put to even better use.

My dealings with stratco have been great from the word go. My initial dealing was from the Deer park Vic. Store With the purchase of my Stubbie shed. To the extra help I received from Luke O'neill customer service manager, he organized a preferred contractor to erect my new shed. So I cannot thank Stratco and staff enough. Keep up the good work.
