73It is indeed a great place to visit. So much for the home, so much like cloth materials, for curtains, dress materials, all that one needs for stitching, embroidery, crochet, bedsheets, mugs, salt & pepper grinders, for the kitchen, lace materials, there is so much to browse and I'm sure you will find it there. The staff are helpful and very obliging. Give it a try and you'll never know what you've been missing.
The store was in a bit of a mess and need s a clean.alot of stuff stacked up.staff didn't seem to be in a bubble ie mood and more like I can't wait to go help.not alot of staff around I can say I seen four all up. The Lady i spoke to was rude too she was a manager
Tried ringing this shop to confirm about an item before I come over and buy it. Someone just keeps picking the phone up and hanging up. Done it 4 times straight. Wow.
Went to exchange a Singer sewing machine. Heavy duty. Two of which were lemons. I was told they have had a lot of issues with these. I got an Elna instead. See how this one works. Both were $600 macines on special for 1/2 price.
Not my favourite Spotlight store. Some staff have a way of making you feel you are interrupting them. Thankfully, there are other Spotlight stores with much friendlier and helpful staff i can and do go too.
No price tags, short staff and it was annoying to go to counters to check prices and most of the staff was not friendly
Complete mess, out of stock of so many things. Staff are not eager to help it's almost an inconvenience if you do ask for help.

Low stock, on the ground, messy displays and appears understaffed? Different to the older traditional care that spotlight used to show.

Good choice of merchandise in the store. You can find all your sowing needs in the store. Very friendly staff and helpful. They know there products. Go shop there if you need material.
Very cramped and very hard to locate items
Staff very helpful and friendly but must be terrible working in such a messy shop. Will not return to this shop. Expect better from Spotlight
I’ve been here a few times as it’s convenient location but I have to say, it is one hell of a MESSY, DISORGANISED Spotlight store EVER! I find it very hard to find want I’m looking for. It is all over the place. Sorry but staff are NOT helpful either. Not much room to walk between aisles. Good luck if your trying to get a pram or wheelchair through! Spotlight clean up your act, get organised and things in order. I’m done coming here
