I don't love the layout of this store, can only go one way and it's quite small aisles etc. Would be difficult navigating a trolley if it was busy.

Will never come back here bunch of old women who hate working there, if your not going to help why work there

I’ve been there 5 times in the last 2 months it says they have stock online and nothing in store

Spotlight spotlight, what is happening lately, it's a big company and they need to think of trying to put more staff on. The poor staff looked overworked and tired lately when I go there. Seems to be no one to help with anything in such a big store.

Nice big store, but I notice the aisles always have things on the floor or things that have been tossed onto the shelves in a sloppy way. Sooner or later if it’s not kept up it will look really bad. Workers should be going through aisles and picking up, straightening shelves, etc.
To have it look sloppy makes me not want to go there.
Do better. Keep this place nice before it looks like a dump.

Very disorganised store. Many items do not have prices which is very frustrating and embarrassing at the check out when you find price is a lot higher than expected and not willing to purchase. Have to always screen shot price of items online before attending the store to purchase my items to avoid embarrassment and frustration at the checkout.

Phones never answer and when they don't they never work.
Always our of stock for items wanted.

It's a typical spotlight store, narrow Isles, lots of items out of stock, huge array of items, prices range from good to very overpriced. Staff are always polite and knowledgeable.

The older ladies were very unhelpful. This spotlight is very understaffed and i have witnessed so three times. The workers don’t guide you sufficiently with what you need and tell you go check in the aisles despite me showing them how lost i am. Also you have to wait so long to get served. Yet the younger workers were much more helpful. I have nothing against people.just saying what ive dealt with several times.

Every time I go to the Watergardens store the staff are abrupt and border on rude. They dont greet customers politely, they dont smile and when you ask a question they seem put out. I will avoid this store in future.

Not a bad selection of items, but there is never enough staff during a sale and the stock is everywhere, so you can't find anything. Stock should be better sorted and displayed so customers can get to what they need without making a mess.

Some of the workers are okay and actually very nice but others need to get themselves checked. I understand that work is tiring and all but DO NOT take it out on other customers, I really do not like it when they give me attitude, like you chose to work there. I was trying to be understanding at first but they kept giving me attitude. I will not mention names but they work around the curtain area hehe. Good luck.

I love Spotlight. My husband calls it the Bunnings for women. There's so much to look through you can easily spend at least an hour in there.

They seem to have everything except what I need, the service isn't great, I think the staff are over it.
One or two of them are still trying but it will only be a matter of time before they give up too.
Having a loyalty card doesn't really matter as they can't find me on their computers and it's all a bit to hard.
Ofcourse they are probably much better with their female customers so please disregard my opinion and try them for yourself.

The store gets easily disorganized making it difficult to look for certain things, especially if you're going to look through the fabricson sale. Some of the staff are also a bit snobby and there doesnt seem to be teamwork between the staff as prices on items arent always consistent between registers.

Such a rude staff member who served me not sure what she was on about. Just never visiting this store again. No customer service at all. Went to 2 other spotlights that day, day and night difference.

They seem to be either running out of room or stocking more things not to do with craft and diy The aisles well the main one to go to the back half of the store is getting fuller and fuller of pillows.mats.rugs and apecials and it does make it hard to keep 1.5 mtrs apart as they ask us to.also not sure if spotlight know for sure what direction they want to go they have items for every part of the house.to me spotlight isnt a place to go and buy a baking dish.thats what a kitchen store is for.

Looking for some crafting materials, staffs are helpful pointing to the right directions but pricing are not clear, price labels are worn out and faded.

The ladies at the register near crafts are always amazing! Doesn’t matter who is there, they will always go above and beyond to help. They don’t point and say check over there.they take the time to walk you to the correct area to find what your after.

Spotlight is always pretty chaotic and this store is no different. It can be quite challenging to find what you need or a staff member to assist. The checkout lady was very friendly though.
