A great shop, easy to negotiate and packed with well priced stock. I visit for their great range of fabric and crafting goods. A+

There is everything in this store - not just crafts and material. Bed linen, kitchen ware, party supplies including balloons, sewing machines etc. The store in enormous and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Located upstairs University Woolworths - plenty of parking underneath the centre.

Bought a sewing machine here and I couldn't even get any replacement needles for the machine 6 months later. Also, why does every Spotlight store play such daggy music? Puts me to sleep everytime

Some Staff incompetent - every question I asked was "I don't know", the other staff member competent but responses i got was "we don't stock that" or "we no longer sell it", Very disappointed- it used to be such a great shop

One of the better spotlight there is.
Some can have very messy sale items, however, staff at this store always seem to be able to keep everything tidy and ordered.
It's also located at a very convenient spot.
They have very friendly staff.

Great shop - so many random things. Excellent service. Only downside is there is so much stuff that it is hard to find a few things.

Staff were helpful, but still weren't able to find what I was looking for, despite coming back o few occasions.

Decent store, things can be a bit difficult to find due the sheer overwhelming volume of stock but staff are quick to point you in the right direction.

Very hard to navigate website, necessitated visiting a physical store. Who ever does their IT should be looking for a new job, because they definately need to be replaced. In store staff great, but website hopeless!

Huuuge. And need more bargain in those bargain bins! Potentially you may get lost in a Spotlight store. XD

The poor customer experience at spotlight made me wonder how much longer they’ll be around for with the likes of Amazon offering an easier service. Its the sort of place you need to hunt for what you’re after, the phones always ringing, it seems under staffed and the store is over flowing with plastic everywhere.

Call up and they put you on hold straight away. Till you hang up 8 minutes later. Terrible service. On the rare occasion they’ll put you through to the department you want, which will then put you on hold indefinitely. Just train the person answering the phone to handle customer queries. It’s not rocket science!

Only go here if you’ve run out of options or the price is right.
Chaotic- even 3 months after the supposed renovation.
