Some items you see online even though it says “available in store”, when you go to the store in reality not always the case. Staff that cut fabric could act better (asian girl), seems like she’s there on voluntary basis instead of getting paid to do her work.

Everything is either not ticketed or miss-ticketed. Really poor experience. Considering the “Head Office” is right upstairs, it’s really embrassing. If I was a Buyer/Category Manager and had a poorly merchandised store right underneath me, I’d be embrassed.

Really good range of everything, the art supplies are fairly decent as well selling some mid to high end ranged stuff, but keeping really good prices on everything still.

Wonderful and caring staff who work pretty long into the night. If you're looking for pillows and sowing stuff, you just can't find any better.

Amazing experience shopping here as always. The staff is always very helpful with a smile. Such good people make the shopping experience better than other places.

I go there every week. And whenever I need help, I end up waiting for nothing to happen.
Last time I went was for my sister's birthday. I wanted to get her nice baloons. I waited 20min. I'm anaemic and was very weak that day. I had trouble with my speech and clearly that annoyed the two girls that finally attended me.
One of them tried to get rid of me so quick that she popped like 5 balloons.
The birthday party was the next day and in the morning. Two of the balloon were already nearly deflated which caused them to be mid way in the air.
Very sad

Spotlight sth Melbourne always has what I need for that finishing touch or they can get it in there very helpful

The online ordering system needs serious changes. I ordered 12 cream sheer curtains & almost every single one was sent in seperate packages from all different stores. First package arrives & it’s white. Ring the store that sent it to be told it was an error on their part & I had to go through customer service online…despite this store having ample stock in the cream to fulfil the order. After contacting customer service, the return & exchange process was such a headache, I decided to just keep the white & planned on buying more cream later. Within a couple of hours of this, 3 of my other orders were cancelled & refunded? The items are still in stock online & in Bendigo store, to name one. Of the 12 curtains I ordered, 3 were incorrect white & 3 were cancelled by them for no reason…so if I’m lucky I’ll receive 6 cream curtains that’ll cover half the room. There is no stock instore close by to me otherwise I’d go in store. The worst online experience I think I’ve ever had. So disappointed.

This Spotlight store seem to be so much neater and packed with stock, compared to other Spotlight stores. I bought zippers and they had an amazing colour range to choose from!

Every blokes nightmare being dragged to Spotlight right? But even my crafty other half was left unimpressed by our visit today. You look up products online and they show as in stock. But instore they are nowhere to be seen and staff can't help despite having a computer system in store. Yawning disinterested staff, might need a payrise to keep them interested?

I visited this store today and even being a male you just can't help but be impressed on what products Spotlight carries. It's truly a ladies heaven! I also found the staff to be super friendly and helpful in my search for a "needle" in the haystack lol.
