Loved the experience. I was nervous and the lady who pierced me was super calm and professional, and helped me through it with ease.

I went to get my septum done I was abit nervous and Steph did an amazing job and calming me down. I love going to skin candy I have never had a bad experience there they are super friendly and I highly recommend

I had my nose pierced by casey, she done an awesome job and was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole time.

Amazing customer service. I’ve been here twice, one time to get my seconds pierced and the other time to get my navel pierced. Staff is very professional and kind. Everything they use is sterile & they get you through the process so quickly. I wouldn’t even considering going anywhere else.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! It was reassuring that you have to fill out a form with health questions before hand, and the rooms are sanitised all over before each customer.
Not only do you get a voucher to purchase your next jewellery, but you can always come back in for a free check up or to change the jewellery.
I had nothing but a positive experience!

Great staff really knowledgeable about what their doing and how they're doing it. If you want body parts done this is the now the only place I'll go.

Friendly and clean, my industrial piercing was done efficiently and (not quite) painless, but certainly professionally.

I got my piercings done on the fourth of April, 2019 by Karra. I got my nose pierced for the first time and my ears pierced again. Karra was incredibly sweet and very informative.
Definitely recommend this place to my friends and others!

Awful service.they put the wrong earring in my ear and it got very bad infected.i cant even take the peircing out to change it because they jammed the earring and i have to got to the doctors to get it removed.i had a very rude lady serving us we had a horrible experience there.

Went yesterday to get my Industrial piercing done and I have had this one done before and had a very different experience than yesterday. Kasey was wonderful! She knew exactly what she was doing and put me at ease throughout. Even 24hrs later the piercing doesn't hurt as bad as my last. Thank you so much

Amazing experience getting my helix done. Piercer was very patient when I was deciding the exact spot to get done, and was super considerate of my (rather inconvenient) fear of needles. Definitely coming back in the future:) Areeba, you're the best!

Customer service is so bad each time, and store is well known for it. Staff do not acknowledge any customers - no greeting, and don’t ask if they need any assistance, few times where I’ve wanted to purchase things and have had to wait ages for staff to stop chatting.

My friend got her daith pierced for migraine relief. All the ladies were super personable and knowledgeable, advised different possible outcomes (won't always help, keloids, etc) and it was just wonderful, quick and a good price.

Came into Skin Kandy and got my Helix done by Steph. Was greeted with great customer service and received one of the best piercings I have ever seen. Definitely would recommend Skin Kandy in fountain gate.

The photo of the fat bugs bunny on the wall definitely helped me to feel more comfortable
