Lady who pierced my nipple was seriously lovely made me feel so comfortable so easy to talk to and no pain at all would highly recommend! She was wearing a galaxy sort of skirt and had light hair!

I walked in here for some jewellery and I last minute decided that I would get a piercing. The girls could accommodate me straight away and were very professional and made me feel comfortable getting my ear pierced. I would highly recommend.

Great experience very professional staff who knows what they're doing. I took my best friend for her this ear lobe piercing and my second ear lobe piercing after reading amazing reviews. My ears hasn't been infected or anything healing healthily.

My wife went to skin candy at Fountain gate last week on Friday @ about 1315 to have her ear piercings done.
The Store Manager advised that she could book her in for 1430 and that my wife needed to show formal ID. Because she came with me she didnt carry any sort of formal ID with her and so we scanned our emails and pulled up one of her passport scanned copies on the phone. The Manager suggested that would be fine but it had to be printed out. So we dropped all the shopping ran to OFficeworks to get it printed and came back to the store for the scheduled appointment to find out that the Manager was away and there were two other staff who totally ignored the print out and said we cant do it unless you bring in the original
Dont understand what the rules are with this place. Went to another place and the printed copy was enough to have the piercings done.

Not going back again to Skin Candy for any further things.

The staff here are absolute sweethearts. They're so easy to talk to and love to have a nice joke and conversation while still staying professional. They're gentle and create such a lovely environment that calms the nerves. Thank you guys, my piercings look amazing:)

Fantastic range of jewellery at very reasonable (cheap) prices and the 2 staff who helped me, so very friendly! Will definately be back.

We came an hour from home just to get our piercings done at SkinKandy and we were very pleased with them. I got my septum pierced and my mother got her nostril. I felt no pain at all, it was very simple and easy, the lady who pierced us (Lacey) went through what she was doing step by step and calmed our nerves. It is a great place and am definitely coming for my next piercing. Would 100% recommend.

Sal was my daughter's piercer. As we came in, there was one other customer at the counter and they were all gathered at the counter talking while we stood there waiting. As it was my daughter's first time, she was naturally worried, but Sal was very curt and impatient eventhough we have informed her. She could not even spare a ruler for us to measure it as she always eyeballs, and she asked us in a deragotary tone "What am I not seeing here? What's wrong? ". Is it not natural for my daughter to want to make sure that everything is perfect as it is by eyeball? Once we were done, I asked her for some numbing cream or spray, and she said we can get the spray for home use, implying that she wouldn't spray my daughter's ears. So my daughter prepared to leave, when Sal asked "so do you want me to spray them or not? ". Worst Customer Service ever. We picked this place because of its glowing reviews, but I was very dissapointed with their service. Could it be because we are Asians? We were very polite throughout and even apologised for being so worried as it was our first time. Very truly dissapointed at her blatant rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Got a dermal on my face, absolutely happy with and and how the whole procedure went the lady did an amazing job, couldn’t recommend a better place:)

Went into fountain gate and the service offered by Savannah was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure I had the right products to do a change over of my piercings, would definitely recommend Skin Kandy after the exceptional customer service I received today!

Went their Thursday, staff were rude. Just asked a few questions in regards to price, how it works with ear piercings. Won't be going back!

The more experienced girls are great and so informative. Some of the other girls, need to ask more questions I think.legit lost two of piercings due to not being told that I shouldn't change them to specific jewelery or not listening to my questions about the bar being too short. My conch was healing nicely before I changed it with this one girl & I asked if the bar was to small because it had little to no room and then suddenly it was inflamed and sore, took it out & it almost instantly felt better.

Tahlia was great! She was very open and easy to talk to. She explained what I should and shouldn't do since I had a bad experience last time I got my nose pierced. She went into great detail on when I am able to change my piercing and the size of the nose ring i should change it to. Thanks heaps!

Been into this store twice now and both times have stood around looking for assistance whilst also looking at jewelry and both times left with nothing as staff would rather stand around. I have over 15 piercings and was looking to change out the jewelry on most of them but went to a different store instead where customer service team members provided some actual customer service.
