Really not happy with their service. Went to get my 8 month daughter’s ear’s pierce. And they refused to be patient and persistent with supporting us as parents. It’s really disgusting service to find professionals who lack customer service etiquette and to charge customers a fee for service that they refused to perform.

I had two high nostril piercings done by the lovely Casey. It was such a great experience and I felt comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend skinkandy Fountain Gate. Everyone is professional but very friendly and they put you at ease.

Today I got my Navel peirced by the beautiful Rhiannon, she was quick and easy and got the job done, I felt very comfortable with her as her customer service skills were amazing. (Please promote her she was great).

I was excited to get a belly peircing always dreamed for one, today my dreams were crushed a lady with black hair came up to me and “spectated” my stomach and gave me a look.she said it was “to big” and would swollow the jewllery.i understand this could be possible but she could of said it in a nicer way.i soon then started to break down in tears because i felt ashamed and upset by her words and actions.i went to another piercing place and they said straight away nothing is wrong and i could get it done perfectly fine.u need better staff!

This place is absolutely disgusting.i’ve never had a problem with getting body shamed at a piercing place ever in my life up until i went here. I was looking to get a navel piercing
as it was a present from my mum for my birthday coming up, But as i went into the store and said i had an appointment for the piercing the staff there continued to body shame me and state that i was “too big” to get the piercing, I want it.i will never be coming here again for any other sort of piercings that i may want in the future and i advise that anyone reading this doesn’t aswell. To the girl that body shamed me i hope you never say anything like what you said to me today to any other person my age wanting to get their belly done.do better SkinKandy.

Wish Fountain Gate SkinKandy were as Great bunch of knowledgeable piercers as the Frankston Shop {when it was operating} but they aren't nearly as friendly, welcoming or personable here at Fountain Gate SkinKandy. Still just as professional though.

Purchased a septum ring from here and it has gone green and black, I’ve had to remove it as it was causing my septum to become infected and irritated. Waste of money.

Not happy with this place had a mate come here they asked if an earring was big enough to fit the person said yes but it didn't yet they still had to pay the full $30 at least give like half now they have an earring they can't wear it's so stupid
This place should have people that know what they are looking at and not just saying yes just so they can get money so we are never going here again

Today I went to get a double helix (Ryan) and nose piercing (Kristy) done. Both Ryan and Kristy were accomodating to where I wanted my piercings located and took into consideration where they had previously been placed by Cassie (from the same store) before the holes had closed over after an unrelated surgery I’d had. Kristy explained the different types of jewellery and metals which made choosing them a breeze. The booking process was easy and the reception staff were also very polite! Overall, I look forward to returning for my future piercings! Keep up the brilliant work.:)

Went in today to get my second lobes pierced.after waiting until about 1.30 for my 12.45 appointment, i went in to get pierced.i made a booking to be pierced with needles, however when she asked and i told her this, she said i could only choose from selected jewellery.she showed me one option saying it was the best she could do, they are much larger than my firsts which was fine as i wanted to get my firsts changed into sleepers.she took out my right piercing and tried to put the sleeper in, stabbing without getting it through for about two minutes before she asked another staff member to help, she also couldn’t get it in so i asked to just leave the original jewellery i had in.this left me in extreme pain and made me close to fainting, with loss of hearing and lightheaded-ness.when she marked the dots to pierce my seconds one was extremely uneven and way higher than the other.she fixed it and the piercing was fine, but i’m nervous that they will get infected.will definitely be going back to essential beauty as my experiences there have been much smoother.

All the staff here are incredibly nice.i keep coming back and every single time my experience is top notch.i highly recommend skinkandy especially if ur nervous for your first piercings!

Casey is the best!? So sweet and there was a guy with tattoos and piercings who served me straight away & was awesome! He helped me with the appointment and consent form & then Casey helped after I completed that, then sat me down to get my daith, conch & rook pierced, she made the experience 1000% better then I thought it would be & she was talking me thru everything was the best experience I’ll be back when it heals Thankyou Casey & the guy who served me, will be back in 4-6months. Best birthday visit ever?

Ive been coming here for years and have always had a good experience. I recently got my nipple done by Sav and they made me feel so comfortable and reassured. Good value for money and good options for higher quality jewellery. Thankyou for a great experience!

Very disappointed with your Fountain Gate store today. I have been a frequent customer there for several years, now. I went in today trying my luck with a walk-in piercing - the employee said no and to make a booking which I was fine with, I asked when their next available time was and she said the 3rd of January, which I said was fine. The employee then just stood there looking at me as if to say ‘ok what are you still doing here’ and then she proceeded to get a card and write the store’s phone number on it. I asked if I could just make the booking there and then with her to which she replied “no. You can book online or over the phone. We’re too busy to do in-store bookings today, ” which, fair enough as the store was quite busy. I started to leave and then decided to browse earrings as I need some updated jewellery. The employee served the customer behind me - who then proceeded to make a booking! I then left without making any purchase. My experience in the Fountain Gate store today was met with rudeness and disrespect and I am quite disappointed. The other staff who I have dealt with previously are lovely so I am quite shocked to have left feeling so disheartened.

I’ve had several piercings done here, and would get more in a heartbeat. Casey has done all of mine, most recently the conch (4th done by her, today 22/10) and she was amazing as always. Remembers us each time
I recommend the fountain gate store and Casey to everyone I know.
