I've been to a lot of piercing shops/parlours, and this place is definitely one of the best. Would highly recommend
The staff worked around their schedules to fit me short notice, within a couple of hours in fact. My piercer, Casey, was super professional and knew her stuff, as well as been lovely to chat with.
Brightly lit store, great hygiene practices, good selection of stock, and very competitive prices.
If you're after a new piercing, maybe your first, ot perhaps you have no ; hthen I suggest chatting with the staff at SkinKandy, Fountain Gate

Amazing staff, everyone from the sales staff to the piercer Casey were an absolute pleasure to deal with, very professional and very friendly. I won't be going anywhere else for any other piercing needs.

About a month ago I got my septum pierced and it was the best decision ever! The ladies were very nice and very understanding about the mix up with the bookings. The lady who did my piercing talked me through the whole process and was keeping light friendly conversation with me the whole time. I hardly felt a thing, and the healing process has been amazing! I bought the saline solution and used it when I woke up and before I slept and it's healed like a charm. Overall it was a great experience and I definitely plan on going again to get my industrial soon!
P.s. If you get a piercing I highly recommend getting a titanium jewellery piece to go with it! It's a little more expensive but it's worth it during the healing process! Getting the saline spray is also worth your time as well:)

As someone who is terrified of needles I couldn’t have had a better experience! The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and understanding. Candice pierced my lip for me and talked me through the process and was extremely patient and caring! She even gave me a stress ball to squeeze to help ease my anxiety! They also let me come back once my piercing had healed enough and swapped it over from a bar to a ring for me. Would never go anywhere else! Wish I could give more stars

All of the staff at SkinKandy, Fountain Gate were so incredibly warm and kind when I went to get my navel piercing the other day! My piercer Candice especially made the experience so lovely and I’d highly recommend them

The piercers here are knowledgeable, caring and take their work seriously. I’ve had several piercings done here, most recently, my industrial.

They were helpful with the aftercare, even changing my jewellery back when my new bar didn’t didn’t agree with me.

I’ve also had my helix done earlier in the year and they were quick, efficient and minimised the discomfort as much as possible.

Highly recommend.

After reading through the 1 star reviews I’m convinced I’m not just being sensitive. To put it bluntly, the customer service sucked! As someone with anxiety that finds it hard to approach people and ask questions, I left the store feeling extremely flat and regretful of my purchase although I intended to buy more jewellery, I didn’t in the end. The girl (black hair, with piercings and tats) came across as very put out by my questions and request to pin point me in the right direction of what jewellery would fit nicely. Her facial expressions said it all really! From there I was quite uncomfortable and hesitant to ask anymore questions but I did and it was met with a blunt reply just like before to which I muttered to my partner, I’m done, I’m not asking any more questions. If you don’t have customer service skills and can’t be bothered being nice to paying customers, you’re in the wrong job. Thank you for making me feel certain way because you’re not a people person, I hope that makes you feel better. I definitely won’t be coming back here nor recommending it to others. And again, after reading the reviews, I know I’m not alone. Pretty poor form SkinKandy.

Worst experience of customer service ever. The girl there gave me so much attitude and was so rude will never ever be returning to get a piercing there.

Can't recommend highly enough. Staff are amazing & have been a great support as my new piercings heal & I figure out what the best jewelry option is going to be.

Got my navel pierced today and the lady who pierced me was so sweet and talktive, making me feel comfortable and at ease, considering it was my first needle piercing. The process so was fast and relatively painless, i wasnt dizzy or faint at all. The piercing is very well centered and the staff are so educated on what they do! I strongly recommed!

The staff at the Fountain Gate store were so lovely. One staff member gave me skittles and water to help me feel better when I felt unwell after my second piercing of the day, and let me lay down for as long as I needed until I felt better. Afterwards, when I was feeling extremely sick, another staff member escorted me into another room where I was able to stay until I felt well enough to leave. The staff members present made me feel so much better, and made me smile. 100% recommend.

Went here to get my conch piercing changed. Picked a piece of jewellery that the girl tried to put in. She told me it was a hard piercing to get in and proceeded to drop the little ball many times on the floor while attempting to get it in. I asked should I pick another but she said she will just get someone else to put it in. Other lady puts it in after a few attempts and a drop. I ask if it will stay in and if it’s in 100% properly, she assures me that it is. I pay and leave. When I get home the ball is gone. I take a photo and head back to the shop 2 days later as I had no time before then and a different worker who hears my story says it’s not her problem. I ask for a replacement or even a discount of another piece of jewellery and she declines any compensation. Defeated, I buy another piercing 3 x the price as it looks like it will stay in better. She sells it to me and I ask if she can put it in? She tells me sorry there’s a long wait. So I left.
Honestly what a waste of money and time. Would not recommend for customer service and care.

Casey is an incredible piercer, and I have had almost all of my piercings done by her. The only problem I have is it is hard to get help in the store if you are browsing for jewellery, as they are often understaffed and instead of them approaching you asking if you need help you need to wait and find an opportunity to ask. If it wasn’t for Casey I would probably be getting pierced elsewhere.

I booked an appointment to get my nose pierced and was pierced by Candice, i was very scare for my piercing but she was funny, friendly and told me good tips to stay calm and take care of it.left feeling looked after thanks again

Had all my piercings here and had most done by Meadow, she's done so well and made me feel really comfortable as well as doing great work even when she's been training, couldn't recommed her more!

Exceptional service. The staff were just fabulous. It was an exciting experience I never want to forget. It just had that expert touch. Great work girls. Cheers

Great place with skilled, professional and friendly people. My daughters got their ear pierced here and it’s awesome. Personally, I recommend this place.
